The German series Dark starts with the disappearance of a child in the town of Winden, and quickly becomes a complex story involving multiple timelines, connected families, and puzzling paradoxes. The series follows Jonas (played by Louis Hofmann) and other townspeople as they try to solve a mystery that stretches back through generations. It’s a rewarding show to watch, but be prepared – it’s definitely complicated!

Spider-Man: No Way Home, directed by Jon Watts, will be available to stream on April 15th. The movie follows Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland, as he asks Doctor Strange to help him hide his identity as Spider-Man. But the spell goes wrong, bringing characters from different universes into the mix and causing a lot of trouble.

In 2011, Tom Hardy starred in Warrior, a sports drama focused on martial arts, directed by Gavin O’Connor, who also directed The Accountant. Despite the title, the film isn’t about historical warriors or the martial arts series of the same name. It’s a story about a fighter with incredible determination. Even after 15 years, the movie still feels impactful and relevant.

Rotten Tomatoes scores can show how much opinions differ between professional critics and general audiences, especially when it comes to science fiction. It’s unusual for a sci-fi series to be loved by both groups, as what appeals to one often doesn’t appeal to the other. However, a select few shows have earned widespread praise and are considered exceptional. These series, whether known for their incredible world-building or faithful adaptations, are must-sees for any sci-fi fan.

Anne Hathaway is known for her versatility, appearing in everything from lighthearted romantic comedies to deeply moving dramas. However, she’s particularly memorable in science fiction films like Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar, where she played Dr. Amelia Brand, and Colossal. Colossal is a quirky and often overlooked sci-fi comedy where Hathaway’s character discovers her behavior somehow creates a giant monster in Seoul, South Korea.

Double Fine, the studio behind the popular game Psychonauts and its excellent sequel, first gained recognition over twenty years ago. While they’ve created other fan favorites like Brütal Legend, many consider Psychonauts their best work. They recently announced Kiln, a game that’s been in development for a while, at the Xbox Developer Direct event in January.

It’s common for the original movie in a series to be the best, but sometimes a sequel manages to surpass it – and that’s quite an achievement.

This happens even with highly anticipated releases. Building excitement beforehand can create unrealistic expectations for a movie or show. The more people hope for, the more likely they are to be disappointed when the final product doesn’t live up to those hopes, leading to a negative reaction overall.
