In 2021, Disney heavily focused on bringing back beloved movies from its extensive library as fresh content for Disney+. This meant developing new projects like a sequel to Hocus Pocus featuring the Sanderson sisters, a television series based on the 1980s fantasy film Willow, and a reboot of the classic Tom Hanks comedy.

Travis Knight’s Masters of the Universe had a long and difficult journey to the big screen, changing hands between writers, directors, and studios over more than ten years. Bringing He-Man to life seemed like an insurmountable challenge. However, early reactions suggest the wait was worth it, and this film might be the best possible adaptation of the Masters of the Universe franchise.

As a huge Monsterverse fan, I remember when they first started revealing the Titans! Back in 2019, they showed us their names and general locations on screen, but kept everything else a mystery. Because a lot of the names have roots in mythology, fans immediately started theorizing about what these creatures actually looked like. Over time, though, the Monsterverse has slowly started confirming those theories and showing us what some of them are really all about.

The lack of news about season 2 is frustrating for fans. It’s been a while since the first season came out, and production on the new season has been ongoing for most of 2025. Because filming was progressing well, many people hoped it would be released in 2026. While season 2 is still planned, fans are starting to lose patience.

As a big Star Wars fan, I was really excited to read the recent interview with Kathleen Kennedy after she stepped down. She finally gave us a promising update about that Ben Solo project Adam Driver and Steven Soderbergh pitched! It’s definitely not confirmed yet, but there’s a real possibility we might actually see ‘The Hunt for Ben Solo’ happen, which is amazing news!

Based on Matthew Quirk’s book and created for TV by Shawn Ryan, the show has become a popular action thriller on Netflix, known for its mix of spy action, conspiracies, and the personal challenges Peter faces as he navigates the hidden world of government operations.

Disney+ has renewed “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” for a third season, set to premiere in 2026. The news was revealed after the credits of a recent episode.

The series Marshals is the first follow-up to Yellowstone, with Dutton Ranch (focusing on Rip and Beth) coming second. While Rip and Beth have left the Dutton Ranch property, Kayce Dutton remains the only one of John Dutton III’s children still living in the area. However, Marshals has not revealed what has happened to Kayce’s wife, Monica.
