Based on Jilly Cooper’s novel, Rivals is a period drama set in 1980s England. The series centers on the intense and long-standing conflict between Rupert Campbell-Black, a charismatic politician from a wealthy family, and Tony Baddingham, a fiercely competitive television executive. At CinemaCon 2026, Chris Evans explained why he decided to reprise his role as Steve Rogers in the upcoming movie, Avengers: Doomsday. As a big fan of the show, I’ve learned that with The Pitt, no one is ever really secure – and it’s not just dramatic license!
