We need more honest fitness influencers

The problem lies here: More and more individuals, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, are seeking authentic health and fitness influencers. They aren’t interested in easy-looking or fake solutions, or ones that seem universally achievable. Instead, they want their challenges and anxieties not only acknowledged but emphasized. But why isn’t this trend more prevalent? It’s because many influencers are primarily motivated by financial gain. This often leads them to endorse products they don’t genuinely support, which promise results that don’t align with the genuine, gritty lifestyle they strive for.
