PlayStation Plus Free February Games Lineup Quietly Updated

PlayStation Plus members recently lost access to two previously free games. They’ve been removed from the “Last Chance To Play” section, meaning new downloads are no longer available (according to PS Lifestyle). If you already downloaded the games, you can still play them for now, but access will probably expire at the end of February.

Chicago Fire Is Replacing Another Character From Firehouse 51 With A Stranger Things Vet, But Not For The Reason I Expected

According to Deadline, Pedro Pascal’s current storyline will wrap up with Episode 14, though he is expected to participate in the upcoming crossover event centered around a plane crash in early March. Because NBC is pausing One Chicago programming in February to make room for the 2026 Winter Olympics, Pascal will appear through March, but his return after that is unclear. The break is predicted to last for the remainder of Season 14, though there’s a chance he could reappear before the season ends.

Sydney Sweeney’s “Surprisingly Horny” Horror Gem ‘Immaculate’ Is Once Again a Global Streaming Hit

Sydney Sweeney’s horror film, Immaculate, is quickly becoming a hit on HBO Max, currently ranking as the second most popular movie worldwide, just behind One Battle After Another (according to FlixPatrol). Released in theaters on March 22, 2024, the film has earned $35 million globally on a budget of only $9 million, making it a financial success. This is a major accomplishment for the independent film and everyone involved, especially Sweeney, who also produced the movie after securing the rights to the script.

Win a Blu-ray of Bugonia

SFX praised the film as a hilarious, atmospheric, and genuinely moving comedy, highlighting that it’s a rare remake that offers a fresh perspective instead of just repeating the original.

The History of Concrete Review: John Wilson’s Ruminative Documentary Is Blisteringly Funny and Deeply Moving

John Wilson approaches filmmaking with both a childlike wonder and the deep understanding of a seasoned thinker. His work builds on the style of Agnès Varda, exploring the connection between the small details of life and the larger world, as well as the personal and the public. While it’s presented as a playful critique of Hallmark movies, it’s actually, much like Varda’s The Gleaners and I, a thoughtful look at how we understand ourselves and our communities through everyday, often ignored things. In this case, that ‘thing’ is plastic – the second most used material on Earth.

That Time Emily Blunt Gave David Krumholtz Some Solid Hollywood Advice (That Supergirl Promptly Ignored)

Krumholtz took to Instagram to post a throwback photo from the Critics’ Choice Awards, along with a caption highlighting two memorable moments from the night: being part of the celebration when Oppenheimer won Best Picture, and receiving what he now describes as genuinely solid career advice from Blunt about embracing his thinning hair. You can see the post for yourself below.

Star Wars’ Maul – Shadow Lord Trailer Is Action-Packed And Thrilling, But I’m More Surprised By The Ahsoka Character Who’s Appearing

The story of Maul – Shadow Lord is set about a year after The Clone Wars and roughly ten years before Maul’s brief appearance in Solo: A Star Wars Story. This is a period when the Empire is firmly in control and actively hunting down any Jedi or Force-sensitive individuals who survived the execution of Order 66. Despite knowing the timeline, I was still surprised to see Marrok, an Inquisitor who first appeared in Season 1 of Ahsoka, in the trailer. Ahsoka takes place more than five years after Return of the Jedi.

Push: Chris Evans’ Overlooked Superhero Movie Is Free to Stream

Released in 2009, the film Push came between Chris Evans’ appearances as the Human Torch in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and his debut as Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger. Because of this timing, it’s no surprise that Push has largely been overlooked.

Apple TV+’s Sci-Fi Era Is Defining Streaming’s Future

This streaming service has produced several critically acclaimed series that rank among the best dramatic shows of the 21st century. While ‘prestige television’ used to mean realistic dramas like Breaking Bad and The Sopranos, Apple TV+ has proven that science fiction from the 2020s can be just as creatively excellent, widely popular, and influential on the future of television.
