Stellar Blade’s Nikke DLC Adds Boss Fight and Mini-Games
On June 11th, when the “Goddess of Victory: Nikke” DLC drops for “Stellar Blade”, I’ll have the chance to don outfits in-game inspired by the character Rapi from “Nikke”. What’s even more exciting is that by overcoming a fresh boss battle, I can unlock a brand new outfit, Surface Refugee, for Eve, plus some tunes straight from “Nikke”!

Stellar Blade’s creation, Nikke, is a widely acclaimed gacha game. Similar to other titles by ShiftUp, it frequently features scantily clad robotic women engaged in combat against bizarre and menacing beings amid an apocalyptic backdrop. To put it mildly, the plot isn’t exactly suitable for all ages.

June 11 is Going to Be a Big Day for Stellar Blade
In May, Shift Up unveiled the Complete Edition of Stellar Blade, scheduled for release on June 11 on both PC and PlayStation 5. This version boasts 25 new Nano Suits, a fresh boss battle, and voiceovers and facial expressions in Japanese or simplified Chinese for players who prefer those languages. Pre-orders come with several incentives such as Eve’s Classic Round Glasses, the Nier: Automata and Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLCs, and more goodies. PC buyers can access all these perks right away, while PlayStation 5 owners can update their game to reap these numerous advantages if they already own it.
Stellar Blade hasn’t even launched on PC yet, and the best mod might already be here
In just four short days since the demo release, I’ve been blown away by the enthusiasm of the Stellar Blade mod community! As expected, we have the standard no-splash screen mods, visual enhancements, optimizers, and a smattering of costumes (including one that gives Eve a cool black nail polish touch). However, there’s one mod that truly sets itself apart from the rest.

Gaming News: Stellar Blade PC Demo Shines Bright with 26K Players!
Many people have voiced their thoughts on how well the demo performed, and it seems there’s general agreement: the gameplay is incredibly smooth! One Reddit user, Jengaman64, simply put it as playing “smoothly, without any issues at all.” In an era where some big-budget games can run as sluggishly as your grandma’s old car, it’s a delight to find one that runs so effortlessly. The user praised Shift Up, the developer, for this accomplishment, underscoring their ability to produce top-quality games. Players are rightfully praising this optimization, given how many other games today struggle under their own technical burden. By providing a game that runs flawlessly, Stellar Blade serves as a model for others in the industry on what a polished gaming experience should feel like.
