TMZ reported on Friday morning that Caleb Flynn had been booked for allegedly murdering his wife.

The Davidson County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to TMZ on Thursday that they dropped the minor charge after the family of the person involved asked them to.

Teddy Riley, the influential producer behind the new jack swing sound of the late 80s and early 90s, recently told The Times he’s been in contact with R. Kelly, who is currently serving a 30-year prison sentence for racketeering and sex trafficking. A video shows the young musician performing an acoustic version of the classic love song “Somethin’ Stupid” with Apostel. The song was first recorded by Carson and Gaile, but became a worldwide success in 1967 when Frank and Nancy Sinatra released their version.
