Cat Deeley celebrated her close friend Charlie Brear’s birthday with a sweet post, sharing a fun photo of them kissing on the cheek.

The 52-year-old host of This Morning shared a black and white photo with the message: ‘Happy Birthday. Forever and always. My loyal companion.’

In April 2021, wedding dress designer Charlie shared a photo of an Ibiza beach with her 60,900 Instagram followers.

Cat, 49, recently returned to This Morning after an unexplained absence.

The TV personality was absent from the ITV show for several episodes last month, and Angela Scanlon and Alison Hammond filled in during her absence.

She was in some seriously gorgeous, snowy paradise, and she did this adorable little dance in just a towel as part of a ‘get ready with me’ video! She hinted at a new job by sharing a video with the caption: ‘Getting the set ready before hair and makeup! It’s not in the US, but it feels like it – there’s lots of snow! Any guesses where I am?’

The actress has been sharing frequent posts on Instagram, balancing her job with enjoying time off and raising her two sons, Milo, age nine, and James, age seven.

She shared a video of her best moments from 2025 with loved ones, saying she’d had ‘a lot of fun’ after her divorce from Patrick Kielty.

In July 2025, Cat and her husband publicly announced they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage. They stated they would continue to co-parent their children.

Rumors of a breakup began circulating when Cat didn’t attend Patrick’s mother’s funeral in Ireland last March.

Even though she was upset about the breakup, Cat had a good year, leaning on her friends and family for support and moving forward.

Cat and Patrick initially met in 2002 while working together on the BBC show Fame Academy, but they didn’t start dating until a decade later.

Cat recently shared the story of how Patrick transformed their friendship into a relationship. He surprised her by flying from Belfast to Los Angeles for a special brunch while she was hosting the show So You Can Dance in the US.

They started dating publicly in May 2012 and were married in a private ceremony in Rome that September.

After living in California for ten years, the couple returned to the UK because Cat wanted to be near her family.
