The gaming company, Raw Fury, has officially released their hit open-world indie turn-based RPG, Cassette Beasts. This beloved game is now playable on Android and iOS devices. Developed by Bytten Studio, the mobile version of this game was first unveiled on March 25, 2024.

Cassette Beasts invites you to a rich open world where you can transform into monsters

In the game titled “Cassette Beasts”, you’ll find yourself immersed in a role-playing adventure, where you collect unusual creatures. This adventure unfolds on the isolated island of New Wirral, teeming with peculiar beings. The unique monsters you encounter can be recorded onto retro cassette tapes and stored for later use. By playing these tapes back, you’ll transform into the creatures, acquiring their special abilities that come in handy during turn-based combat encounters.

Originally released on Steam, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and Game Pass, I’m thrilled about the upcoming mobile version of this game! The Fusion System it offers is quite intriguing – you can mix any two monster shapes to generate entirely new, fully-animated fusion forms.

The game allows you to use various abilities in human forms

As a passionate player, I’m thrilled about the versatility in transforming into various monster forms, complete with abilities like gliding, flying, swimming, climbing, dashing, or even magnetism! I can’t wait to put my problem-solving skills to the test by figuring out all the puzzles and discovering hidden dungeons.

I’ve been looking forward to playing this game for a long time, primarily because I want to connect with its assorted human characters and enjoy our journey together as we traverse the stunning 80’s-inspired world. Additionally, I can’t wait to check out its combat system, which uses elemental interactions to add additional boosts or penalties to your attacks.
