As a lifelong petrolhead and drifting enthusiast, I am beyond excited for the launch of CarX Drift Racing 3! Ever since my teenage years spent tinkering with old cars in my garage and watching videos of the drift kings on YouTube, this game has been a dream come true.
CarX Technologies has revealed that their upcoming racing simulator, CarX Drift Racing 3, is set to debut on Android and iOS devices on December 5, 2024. This latest addition to the acclaimed CarX series, which recently entered a testing phase on iOS, was previously seen in action during an iOS Test flight on December 22, 2023.
Immerse yourself in the thrilling world of drift racing culture
The game, titled CarX Drift Racing 3, is a multi-platform racing and drifting experience that serves as the follow-up to the widely acclaimed CarX Drift Racing series from CarX Technologies, which encompasses the title CarX Street. With over 60 distinctive car bodies and an impressive collection of 3000 body kits, you have the freedom to customize your ultimate drifting machine. I’m thoroughly enjoying this game so far.

Beyond that, you’ll also receive a comprehensive exploration of the thrilling drifting realm, delving into its culture, origins, and ongoing transformations, courtesy of the five distinctive campaigns. If you’re captivated by drifting and the touge racing which emerged in Japan back in the early 70s, this game promises to pique your interest. I can only hope they include the legendary Keiichi Tsuchiya, often referred to as the Drift King, who popularized the term and culture on a global scale.
Get ready to compete in the TOP-32 championships using the new XDS rating system
This game appears thrilling, boasting numerous enjoyable aspects such as a damage system that lends a genuine touch to collisions, which often occur in real-life drifting scenarios. Additionally, you’ll have the pleasure of customizing and drifting your preferred vehicles, reminiscent of renowned Japanese automotive brands like Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda, Mazda, and others.
Additionally, the game boasts iconic automotive circuits such as Ebisu, Nürburgring, and ADM Raceway, among others. I’m thrilled at the thought of piloting a RWB Porsche on the Nürburgring. Furthermore, an enticing aspect is the ability to design your own track for the XDS competition, where you can participate in the TOP-32 tournaments.
