As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m proud to share that I recently stepped into my local gym in Melbourne, clad in a chic ensemble of blue patterned workout shorts and a crisp white tank top, showcasing my slender physique with confidence.

The star from Adelaide, demonstrating dedication to gaining muscle, held weights in both hands.

She also took fans through a series of squat positions in the social media footage.

Carrie cryptically hinted at something ‘big’ in the pipeline in her caption.

‘Time to get strong for this next big adventure,’ she wrote.

‘Don’t laugh at how small my weights are. I have no upper body strength.’ 

Following Tommy Little, who is rumored to be Carrie’s co-host at Fox FM, apparently stirred up speculation about their romantic relationship when he joked and roasted her on air.

Last month, the comic, aged 40, appeared on stage at Melbourne’s International Comedy Festival as part of The Roast of Carrie Bickmore, where she was the subject of jests.

Tommy’s remark on his co-host’s looks left many wondering if there might be romantic feelings between them.

During the roast, Tommy declared that Carrie ‘looks better and better’ every day.

He playfully suggested that she’s becoming more attractive by the minute, and when asked about her secret, he humorously replied with the answer being plastic surgery.

He pointed to the comedian participating in the comedy skit, saying, ‘If you want to see what Carrie looks like without all her cosmetic enhancements, take a look at Bev Killick.’

Carrie donned a stunning red gown for the occasion.

Her sensation figure was on full display in the show-stopping backless number.
