Carnie Wilson seen for first time since death of dad Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys fame as she hugs her husband

Carnie Wilson appeared resilient when spotted publicly for the first occasion following her father Brian Wilson’s passing at the age of 82.

The Beach Boys band member passed away in mid June. 

On Sunday, the 57-year-old vocalist, continuing in the musical legacy of her famous father, dropped by an automobile showroom.

She was joined by her longtime husband, fellow singer Rob Bonfiglio, during the outing.

At one point the couple warmly wrapped their arms around each other.

In my personal life, I, Wilson, am blessed to have two beautiful daughters, Luciana, aged 16, and Lola, aged 20, whom I share with my partner, Bonfiglio. On this particular day, I chose to don a stylish outfit: cropped white cargo pants and a crisp blue blouse.

The legendary songwriter Brian, a key founding member of The Beach Boys and a significant figure in 20th-century music, passed away on June 11.

The God Only Knows hitmaker rose to prominence as the frontman of the Beach Boys in the 60s.

The previous year, several weeks following the passing of his long-term spouse Melinda, it came to light that he had been diagnosed with a condition resembling dementia, akin to a neurocognitive disorder.

His seven children announced his death on his official Instagram page, alongside a recent photo.

‘With great sadness, we share the news of the passing of our cherished father, Brian Wilson. At the moment, we struggle to find the right words.’

They requested, “Let us have our space during this difficult time as our loved ones pass and we feel sorrow. We understand that our pain is being felt globally. With love and compassion.

The following day, Carnie posted on Instagram: ‘Words fail me in expressing the depth of sorrow I’m experiencing currently. My dad was the essence of every cell within me.’

As one of his countless devoted admirers, I’m profoundly grateful for the privilege of being his daughter. Our spiritual bond transcends time, a testament to its enduring power that will continue to resonate as long as memories exist within our hearts.

The vocalist from Wilson Phillips commented, “I’ve never experienced such pain like this before, yet I believe he is peacefully resting in heaven… or perhaps entertaining Grandma Audree, his mother, on the piano up there.

She mentioned, ‘I’ll share something new shortly as my hands allow, but for now. I adore you, Daddy…I deeply yearn for your presence.’

On July 3rd, Carnie played alongside her family at The Tribute to the Beach Boys’ All-Star Edition, held in Agoura Hills, California. She described the experience as incredibly enjoyable.

Wilson and her spouse marked their 25th wedding anniversary at the end of June, just a few days following a heart-wrenching loss.

In a digital post, she expressed, ‘It’s been 25 years with you, my dear love… Your smile was the sign that you were meant for me. The most precious gift I’ve ever received is our daughters. I adore you, Rob_bonfiglio, today, tomorrow, and always! Here’s to a Happy Anniversary!’

Instead of sharing a tribute himself, Rob posted on Instagram, ‘Celebrating 25 years together, blessed with two wonderful kids and a future filled with more adventures! My love for you remains constant, both now and forever.’
