Cardi B has announced the birth of her third child, a baby girl, which she shared on Instagram yesterday.

Cardi B, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper, posted heartfelt hospital photos on a platform, celebrating the birth of her little girl on 9/7/24. Among the images were a sweet one of Cardi breastfeeding and others showing her loved ones adoring the newborn. The child’s name is yet to be revealed.

Cardi’s post not only confirmed that things were going smoothly or at least amicably between her and her estranged spouse, Offset, but it also showed that they were together with their two other kids, Kulture, aged 6, and Wave, who is 2. (It’s worth noting that the Migos rapper, being 32 years old, has children from past relationships as well.)

On August 1st, the Grammy-winning rapper revealed on Instagram that she is expecting another child, showcasing her growing belly in a couple of pictures. In her post’s caption, she expressed that every end signals a fresh start, expressing joy for the new addition to her family.

You’ve shown me that I don’t need to compromise between life, affection, and my passion!” she went on. “You’ve demonstrated that I never have to make a choice between these aspects of my life! I adore you immensely and can hardly wait for you to see what you’ve inspired me to achieve, what you’ve motivated me to strive for!

Amid rumors swirling about a potential second divorce and custody disputes, Cardi B announced something through reports. She married Offset in 2017 and they are the parents of three children. According to TMZ, her divorce papers have officially confirmed that Offset is indeed the father of their third child. On Thursday, TMZ claimed that the two were not reconciling their relationship.

Initially, the artist known as Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset in 2020, but later retracted the petition. This summer, rumors of a divorce resurfaced following Cardi B’s statement in December that she had been single for some time. Last year, during an Instagram Live session, she reportedly dismissed cheating allegations concerning her husband, stating that she didn’t believe them and wasn’t interested in investigating further.

In the December 2023 video, she hinted at her aspiration for a fresh start, a new chapter in the upcoming year.
