As a devoted admirer, I’ve come to understand that this time around, the 12-step approach has proven to be the most effective remedy for me. It’s all about embracing my journey rather than feeling ashamed of it.

In simpler terms, the community played a significant role in bringing about change. The antithesis of dependency is interaction, and I truly discovered this sense of connection within the 12-step program.

Last year, during an interview with The Times, Delevingne shared that she had reclaimed her strength as part of her sobriety journey.

Initially, I believed substances such as drugs and alcohol offered a means of dealing with life’s challenges…however, I now recognize that they did not aid me, instead leaving me in a state of profound sadness and deep depression. It seems as if I have regained my personal strength and am no longer under the sway of external forces.

Later, Cara pondered over the infamous pictures taken of her at Van Nuys airport and remarked, “Going directly from a festival to work after that was a foolish move.

I wish I had waited a day, but apparently the event was inevitable for me, as there were numerous photographs of me appearing drunk online.

In my experience, I’ve found that immersing myself in photography has been instrumental in my journey towards sobriety. It’s no secret that being surrounded by individuals who indulge in alcohol doesn’t have a negative impact on me, as I continue to maintain my path toward recovery.

Last month, Cara spent a delightful evening out on a date with her friend and musician, Minke, at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. During that time, she was quite occupied.

Later on, they were spotted exiting the famous hotel hand-in-hand, having attended Jeff Beacher’s birthday party.
