Danny Brocklehurst, a screenwriter known for his work with Harlan Coben and a BAFTA nomination, is developing a new series. The show is being called a thrilling “caper drama,” according to Deadline.
According to reports, the new show will be called After the Move to Nevada and is in development with Disney+. However, Disney hasn’t officially confirmed this information. The show will reportedly be a drama about a fan of gangster movies who attends a crime convention in Nevada. No actors have been announced yet.
Brocklehurst has a history of working on popular Harlan Coben adaptations, including recent hits like Run Away, Stay Close, and Fool Me Once. Fool Me Once was a particularly big success on Netflix, becoming one of their most-watched shows in 2024.

I was so impressed to learn he not only wrote and created the BBC drama Ten Pound Poms and the really funny Sky comedy Brassic, but Michelle Keegan was in both of them too! It’s amazing to see someone so talented working on such different, but equally great, shows.
I’m so excited! I just heard that Brocklehurst has a new drama coming to ITV. It’s called Adultery, and from what I’ve gathered, it’s going to be a really gripping love story. Apparently, it’s all about the complicated stuff that happens when two normal families get tangled up with each other. Sounds juicy!

We got a sneak peek during filming in Manchester, and now we know who’s starring! The cast includes Romola Garai, Dominic Cooper, Shelley Conn (known from Bridgerton), Matthew McNulty (Deadwater Fell), and Andrew Knott (Gavin & Stacey).
Disney+ subscribers can look forward to a second season of Rivals, which will feature the show’s popular cast and even more surprising plot twists.
I’ve already gotten a sneak peek at the new season of that show everyone loved – the one based on Jilly Cooper’s super popular book! It won a bunch of awards before, so I’m really excited to see what they’ve done with it this time around.
Season two returns to the beautiful Cotswolds, continuing the story set against the exciting and competitive world of 1980s British TV. The season brings back the beloved cast from the first season and also features some new characters.
The new season will continue the story right after the shocking ending of the first, and David Tennant’s character, Lord Baddingham, is returning with a strong desire for revenge.
We have a lot to work on while we await official updates regarding After the Move to Nevada.
Rivals season 2 is coming to Disney+ soon.
The latest issue of Living Legends is now available, and it’s dedicated to the incredible Dolly Parton! You can find “Dolly at 80” at newsagents and online for only £8.99.
