Camila Morrone expressed strong support for women, stating she’s ‘pro-woman at all costs,’ and praised those who choose to have children later in life, challenging traditional expectations.
In a recent interview with Porter magazine, 28-year-old actress Elizabeth Debicki, known for her role in The Night Manager, shared that she believes there are growing opportunities for women in the entertainment industry.
Camila, currently playing Countess Ellen Olenska in a production of The Age of Innocence, shared what she’s learned from the role.
She believes in questioning everything, including traditions, expectations, and societal norms. She identifies as a feminist and challenges the idea that women have limited time to achieve their goals, suggesting that society unfairly pressures them with a ticking clock.
She explained how this connects to her own experiences, stating, ‘We’re taught to be afraid of aging, particularly in Hollywood.’
It’s exciting to see so many new possibilities opening up. I especially love that more and more women are becoming mothers later in life – in their forties and beyond. I’m a big believer in challenging old assumptions and fully supporting women, no matter what. It really is as straightforward as that.
Oh my gosh, they finally asked Camila about dealing with the paparazzi and everything! You know, after being with Leo for four years, she’s basically a pro at trying to have a normal life while everyone’s watching her every move. I’m so curious to hear what she says about it!
She explained that she always returns to her work, knowing that any initial uproar eventually fades. It doesn’t always feel that way when you’re dealing with a difficult situation, but she believes things will get better. Ultimately, she’s driven by a desire to create high-quality work and continue to develop both professionally and as a person.
Camila appeared with Tom Hiddleston and Olivia Colman in season two of The Night Manager.
She stars alongside Adam DiMarco in the new Netflix series, Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen.
Camila, currently dating Chicago-based creator Cole Bennett, also talked about her early career, sharing that she used to worry too much about everything.
She explained that many people are terrified of pursuing their dreams, worrying about the disappointment if they fail. She decided she had to overcome that fear and start auditioning anyway.
I realized acting wasn’t just something I could think about at home. I needed to actually take classes and put in the work to make it happen.
In addition to the interview, Camila also modeled several fashionable outfits, such as a delicate, light pink satin mini dress with thin straps.
Camila showcased a pair of statement thigh-high fringe boots, wearing them with a black bodysuit and sheer tights.
Camila looked stunning in a recent photo, wearing a black lace top with a leather midi skirt and a pair of slingback heels.
She also wore a red bodysuit that highlighted her shape while posing on a red velvet couch for the photoshoot.
She wore a gold velvet Gucci bodysuit featuring the brand’s signature logo, paired with blue jeans.
