On Sunday night, I was completely captivated, finding myself utterly spellbound by the radiant Camila Mendes as she graced the red carpet of the 39th Annual Imagen Awards held at La Plaza de Cultura y Artes in Los Angeles. Her style was nothing short of effortlessly chic, a true testament to her timeless elegance and impeccable fashion sense.

The Riverdale star, 30, put on a fashionable display as she opted for a quirky off the shoulder navy shirt. 

She completed the look with a floaty black and white skirt patterned with sun faces and moons. 

Boosting herself up a bit with some straightforward black pumps, she stood alongside her boyfriend, Rudy Mancuso, striking a pose together.

The actor looked smart as he wore a simple black polo shirt, cream chinos and black shoes. 

On Valentine’s Day, the duo made their relationship official, and later, Rudy shared with Entertainment Weekly how their love story unfolded.

He said: ‘I met Cami on the film [Musica], and of course it was a dream come true. She ticked every single box that I could possibly tick for this character.’

He added: ‘She’s Brazilian American, she’s beautiful, she’s immensely talented, and she really connected and personalized Isabella, her character, which was amazing because as we were shooting, our characters were having conversations that her and I were having conversations about in real life.

In this situation, Rudy’s relationships with both Isabella and Camila were frequently indistinguishable due to their intimate nature. The bond between Rudy and Isabella extended beyond the virtual realm into reality.

He gushed to EW that Mendes ‘was such an incredible collaborator,’ noting, ‘She also produced the film, and she made it better.’ 

Rudy mentioned: “She was a delightful colleague to collaborate with since I don’t typically identify as an actor – let me clarify, I do appear in this movie, and I’m present in every scene, but I felt compelled to portray this character because it truly represents who I am. However, I was nervous.

Concerning Cami, being an experienced and highly-trained actor, I found myself questioning: ‘Can there be a spark between us? If not, will my acting abilities be sufficient to make up for the absence of chemistry?’

Last month Camila took to Instagram to share two bikini-clad photos with her 24.7  million followers.

In a minuscule, leopard-patterned bikini, the star flaunted her well-sculpted midriff and an alluring ink design etched beneath her chest, while displaying herself.

For the caption, Camila simply used a leopard and paw print emoji.

She went makeup-free in the pair of selfies, and her dark hair fell over her shoulders.
