Fifth Harmony, who had been away for seven years, unexpectedly came back, shocking many of their loyal followers. Notably, even Camila Cabello, a former band member, expressed her reactions to this major announcement.
As a die-hard fan, I can hardly contain my excitement about the news that the 28-year-old Cuban singer, who made headlines for leaving her girl group under not-so-great circumstances back in December 2016, is reportedly open to the idea of a reunion. Needless to say, this potential get-together has already ignited a flurry of chatter among fans like me!
On Sunday evening in Dallas, Texas, the four remaining members of Fifth Harmony – Normani, Ally Brooke, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane – excited fans by unexpectedly appearing during a Jonas Brothers concert, performing together once more.
The buzz on social media was all about the reunion of the artists who made “Worth It,” as they marked the significant event by posting a video of their first joint performance in seven years.
The foursome churned out a couple of their biggest hits including Worth It and Work From Home.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I couldn’t help but swiftly express my admiration when I came across the group’s latest posts. In fact, I found myself eager to not only ‘like’ their content but also take a moment to shower them with heartfelt appreciation, using no less than four vibrant red heart emojis. This gesture, I believe, was a subtle nod towards the four resilient members who continue to shine in the group.

It’s uncertain if Camila will join the group for their reboot, since she’s currently busy with her solo tour in Australia.
The shocking return to the stage happens seven years following the music group’s announcement that they would be taking an extended break from their activities.
The group was formed on season two of X Factor USA in 2012.
And the pop music collective announced an indefinite hiatus six years later in 2018.
Two years following Camila’s departure to launch her solo career, the remaining females found themselves in an unfortunate position where they had to break the news to everyone without much fanfare.
In our partnership lasting almost five years, it’s been announced through her agents that Camila will be leaving Fifth Harmony. We hope she finds success and happiness in her future endeavors.
In March 2024, a source told Page Six that the group would like to get back together.
The idea of their reunion ignited following the surge in popularity of Fifth Harmony’s old hits on TikTok.

In 2023, speculation about a reunion of Fifth Harmony began circulating online after Ally announced that the group members – Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah – had taken control of the band’s trademark.
Camila was not involved at the time, per the outlet.
Following the conversation with X later on, Ally made it clear that ‘there’s no current official band reunion,’ however, she emphasized that ‘long-standing friendships and connections are gradually rekindling in a therapeutic and inspiring manner.’
