Call of Duty: Warzone Verdansk Map Will Return in Spring 2025

As a seasoned CoD enthusiast who’s been through the trenches of Verdansk and Caldera alike, I can’t hide my excitement! The return of the original battlefield that sparked countless gaming memories is like a reunion with an old friend long overdue.

Activision has announced that the original Call of Duty: Warzone Map of Verdansk will make a comeback next year. This decision comes after the introduction of the Caldera map as its replacement.

Although the Caldera map was closed down recently, gamers have been asking for the return of Verdansk, the initial Warzone map, for quite some time now. At last, it seems that this wish is about to come true in Call of Duty: Warzone, but you’ll need to be patient for a bit longer.

I’m absolutely thrilled! The much-anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is scheduled for release on October 25th. And get this – the new Area 99 map is set to drop in Call of Duty: Warzone soon! But here’s the real kicker: In spring 2025, the iconic Verdansk will reappear in Warzone as well! Can’t wait!
