Call of Duty Season 5 Trailer Features WWE Operator and a Cel-Shaded Look

As a long-time gamer with countless hours clocked into the Call of Duty franchise, I’ve seen my fair share of surprises. The recent launch trailer for Modern Warfare III Season 5 has left me scratching my head in both excitement and confusion.

I’m thrilled to share that the Season 5 launch trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III has dropped, and it’s packed with some intriguing twists! For starters, there’s this WWE Operator, Rhea Ripley, who makes an appearance. It’s not every day we see a pro wrestler joining the ranks of our favorite in-game operatives! And let’s not forget about the exciting additions to the multiplayer maps – each one promises fresh challenges and new strategies for players like us!

A new set of maps may not typically appear unusual, but these particular ones feature a cel-shaded design, resulting in a vibrant, cartoonish appearance.

In the trailer, you’ll see maps referred to as Bait and Yard, an animated rendition of Rust named Toonoxide, and an enhanced version of Shipment called Celship.

As a longtime fan of professional wrestling, I’m beyond excited for the return of my favorite WWE superstar, Rhea Ripley, in Season 5 on July 24. Her raw power and unyielding determination have always captivated me, and I can’t wait to see what new challenges she faces in the ring this season. With each passing moment, my anticipation grows stronger, and I know that come July 24th, I’ll be fully immersed in the world of WWE once more, cheering Rhea on every step of the way.

I had the pleasure of playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, and while it may not have topped my list as the best entry in the series, there were definitely moments that kept me engaged and entertained. For a more detailed look at why I found it moderately enjoyable, be sure to read our review.
