As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say, the upcoming first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has me buzzing like a kid on Christmas morning! The sheer amount of new content, from maps and modes to weapons and loadout items, is enough to make any CoD enthusiast salivate.
In the upcoming week, we’re set to launch the inaugural season for both Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone. This update will bring an assortment of fresh maps, gameplay modes for Multiplayer, a ‘Directed Mode’ for Zombies, new weapons, loadout items, and much more!
At the game’s release, Hideout and Extraction will debut as new 6v6 maps in the core mode, while Hacienda and festive Nuketown Holiday will be introduced later during the season. Heirloom will also make its appearance as a new 2v2/6v6 Strike Map at launch, with Racket following suit mid-season. Additionally, Ransack and Prop Hunt will expand the Multiplayer modes selection, along with limited-time holiday modes. New incentives for Ranked Play are also planned for the future.
Regarding Zombies gameplay, you’ll have the chance to engage in a Guided Mode on both the Terminus and Liberty Falls maps, which provides additional assistance for achieving objectives up until round 15. Additionally, a brand new Zombies map titled ‘Citadelle des Morts’ is set to arrive mid-season. This map transports you to an abandoned European castle and its surrounding medieval village.
In the game Call of Duty: Warzone, Area 99 is set to debut as a fresh Resurgence map. Following the start of Season 1, Urzikstan (for both Battle Royale and Plunder) and Rebirth Island (Resurgence) will also be introduced, approximately one week later. Mid-season will bring back Ranked Play with new rewards. Additionally, expect a complete integration with Black Ops 6 during this timeframe.
The offer encompasses the Pick-3 Perk system, various weapons from Black Ops 6, Wildcards, omnimovement, universal weapon blueprints, and additional features for Call of Duty: Warzone. Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to commence on November 14th. You can preview the Warzone Area 99 map in the trailer linked below.
