So, How Many Dudes? is a fun, chaotic game inspired by the viral “100 men vs 1 gorilla” meme. It’s a ‘dudebuilder’ roguelike where you build and manage an ever-growing army of characters – called Dudes – at the Dude Ranch. With over 850,000 possible team combinations, you’ll experiment with powerful synergies to defeat challenging bosses and try to survive to the very end.

The game takes the classic meme and adds a new level of fun! It’s no longer just about humans versus gorillas. Now you can choose from 42 different characters, called ‘Dudes,’ divided into 6 families like the Undead and Employed. I’m excited to see the crazy combinations players come up with – imagine Zombie Dudes exploding when hit, or Ninja Dudes disappearing when threatened!

As you beat each Act Boss, you’ll unlock Trinkets – powerful items that give specific Dudes unique abilities and can really change how you play. You’ll also need to carefully build a balanced team with both strong attackers and solid defense to survive tougher and tougher waves of enemies, from toddlers and wolves to gorillas and even gods!
