Kanye West has revealed the unusual story behind the name of his upcoming album Bully. 

47-year-old West explained that he titled his album “Bully” following the discovery that his nine-year-old boy, Saint, had reportedly pushed another child due to perceiving him as weak.

He told Justin Laboy on The Download that his son had been enjoying a game with another child, but then he ended up kicking the other child.

In a conversation, West stated, “I inquired of my son why he had acted in such a way, and he responded, ‘Because he was weak.’

‘And I was like, “This man is really a bully right here,”‘ Kanye added with a laugh.

‘Saint, you’re the reason for bully!’ LaBoy said.

‘Don’t Saint do that? Just kick everybody and like push him over,’ Kanye added.

LaBoy cracked Saint inherited that trait from ‘young Ye.’

On X, one said it was ‘crazy’ West named the album due to the alleged kicking incident. 

The user stated that it’s surprising, or perhaps odd, when Kanye claims he titled his album “Bully” due to an incident where Saint pushed a child, saying he did so because he’s weak.

Besides Saint, West also has three more children with his former spouse Kardashian: daughters North, aged 11, Chicago, who is seven, and son Psalm, who turns five this year.

In the year 2023, Saint experienced a reprimand when he displayed unacceptable conduct during an outing with his mom.

In a recent conversation on Justin Laboy’s podcast “The Download,” Kanye shared his thoughts: “I have great affection for religious sites. I admire the manner in which people behave there – it’s truly respectful.

‘And my wife said that in a past life I was a king, I was an emperor out here.’

As North West, his oldest daughter, starts venturing into the music world, the father of four shares his hopes that she might emulate him and become just as exceptional, referred to as the unquestionable best.

The celebrity, who stirred up debate by attending the Grammys with his almost bare-clad partner Bianca, clarified: ‘Teaching has always appealed to me since both my parents were experienced educators. Given this family history, it seems I’m a born teacher.’

I’m pondering over the fact that her upcoming album will likely be extraordinary, and I can’t help but envision all my knowledge and skills flowing into it.

My suggestion would be: “I aspire for her to reach great heights, as if she were destined to follow a royal lineage, similar to African kings, where power is inherited.

‘Like I’m the hands down greatest so she going to be the hands down greatest.’

Recently, last month saw an unexpected collaboration between North and FKA Twigs on her third studio album, EUSEXUA. This particular collaboration showcased North skillfully rapping in fluent Japanese on a track entitled “Childlike Things”.
