The model’s performance indicates a robust capability in discerning trustworthy collaborators within a multi-hop network, offering a data-driven approach to security and reliability.
The GADAI framework establishes a dynamic trust map by disseminating trustworthiness scores across the network topology. Each node’s reliability is not static; it is recalculated based on the received trust values from its neighbors, weighted by the observed performance metrics of those connections – specifically, task forwarding success rates and packet loss rates. The Agentic AI system’s path planning functionality explicitly incorporates both terminal and edge computing devices to minimize latency and maximize reliability. Optimization prioritizes routes with fewer network hops, demonstrably reducing the average hop count required for specific tasks; simulations indicate a 4-hop reduction for Face Recognition processes and a 5-hop reduction for Virus Scanning operations compared to baseline methodologies. This reduction is achieved through dynamic assessment of device capabilities and network conditions, enabling the system to intelligently route tasks to the most appropriate available resources and thereby improve overall system performance.
Performance of the Agentic AI system was evaluated using the Discrete-Event Network Simulator (NS-3), demonstrating improvements over traditional methods in resource trust evaluation. Simulation results indicate a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.081 when utilizing an 80% training set ratio. Furthermore, Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) values consistently remained lower than those achieved by the NeuralWalk algorithm under the same conditions, indicating a more precise and reliable trust assessment capability.
