As a gaming enthusiast, I’m stoked to share that Marvel’s “Runaways,” an exhilarating action drama featuring the talented James Marsters known for his role as Buffy, has now moved to a fresh streaming platform here in the UK. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us fans to catch up on all the thrilling action!
The show premiered in 2017 and ran for three seasons until it was terminated in 2019. Its storyline revolved around a team of adolescents, known as the Runaways, who banded together to confront their parents, a secretive group called the Pride.
In Los Angeles, every teenager believes their parents are unfair. Yet, what if this belief is more than just a teenage misunderstanding? When six local teens accidentally uncover a shocking truth, they come to realize that their parents have been deceiving them for their entire lives. However, they’re left questioning: What exactly are their parents pursuing? And why?
Alongside Marsters, the cast also includes Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Angel Parker, Ryan Sands, Annie Wersching, Kip Pardue, Ever Carradine, and James Yaegashi. In simpler terms, these are the additional actors joining Marsters on set.
Marsters plays Victor Stein, a Pride member and the father of Chase, one of the Runaways.

Starting 12th October, you can stream the show directly on ITVX, ITV’s streaming platform. This means that Marvel enthusiasts residing in the United Kingdom will have the opportunity to stream all three seasons without any charges, but with advertisements.
After its debut, the series garnered a blend of positive and neutral feedback, with a spectator on IMDb praising season 2 as “extraordinary”.
As a gaming enthusiast, diving into the world of movies, I’ve got my eyes on “Runaways”. It currently boasts an impressive 86% score on Rotten Tomatoes based on 84 reviews. And let me tell you, the buzz is real! The teen drama has left critics at Autostraddle hooked, and I can’t wait to see what all the fuss is about.
The show ‘Runaways’ merely hints at the intricacies of its multi-layered universe and deep emotional storyline, yet I find myself already captivated by it.

The San Francisco Chronicle wrote that Runaways manages to keep a captivating mix of relatable ease and clever unpredictability, reinforced by a talented ensemble.
According to The Independent, Marvel’s Runaways stands out as the most lavish and authentically developed Marvel television series of this new season.
Many people didn’t agree with this perspective; Variety stated that “Runaways” appeared to be holding back unnecessarily, which is surprising considering the series revolves around the use of power, whether it’s for good or evil purposes.
Runaways will be available to stream on ITVX on 12 October.
As a gaming enthusiast, I can’t help but share the excitement about the latest release! Grab a copy of “Oasis – Live in ’25” from your local newsstands or online stores. This issue is now available for only £8.99! Don’t miss out on this fantastic offer!
