Trachtenberg gained significant recognition for her role as Dawn Summers, Buffy’s (Sarah Michelle Gellar) younger sister, in a total of 66 episodes of the UPN teen supernatural series Buffy the Vampire Slayer from 2000 to 2003, a character also known as ‘The Key’.

Originally from Brooklyn, this individual additionally played the character Georgina Sparks, the frequent antagonist known as ‘The Witch of the Upper East Side,’ across 28 episodes of the television series Gossip Girl on The CW network between 2008 and 2012.
