She-Hulk clarified that the gamma radiation responsible for boosting her and her cousins’ physical abilities also heightened their senses. She overheard their plot during their nighttime conversation and Dubois’ concern about potential chaos erupting from a violent confrontation.

Although their super-strength and healing abilities are more frequently highlighted, Hulks have demonstrated heightened senses, particularly in hearing. The precise extent of this ability isn’t specified, but it’s worth noting that Bruce Banner’s Hulk can hear both Doctor Strange in his astral form and the intangible Vision. Considering this, She-Hulk should find it manageable to listen through the noise of a bustling restaurant.
