Brooks Nader was candid when she talked about her fast-paced relationship with former partner, Gleb Savchenko.
In the debut episode of her latest reality series titled “Love Thy Nader”, the 28-year-old model openly discussed her relationship dynamics with the professional dancer from Dancing with the Stars, who is 41 years old.
During a spontaneous conversation, Brooks confided in her sisters Mary Holland (age 26), Grace Ann (age 25), and Sarah Jane (age 23) that she and Gleb had become physically intimate quite quickly.
‘He was in me day one!’ she confessed after her siblings questioned the pace of their relationship.
Previously during our chat, it came as a surprise to her sisters when she mentioned that Gleb intended to stay in their joint apartment in New York City for an extended, unspecified period.
Mary started by saying, “This relationship is incredibly intense and heated,” but Brooks interjected, “Well, that means it’s passionate and exciting.
She shared that she first encountered her former spouse at age 19. Their relationship continued until she turned 27, and then she found herself captivated by a man who stood out as the most attractive in all her life experiences. She described their encounters as incredibly intense and wildly passionate.
Her sisters, however, raised concerns about whether she was overlooking red flags.
Mary cautioned, ‘It seems you’re overwhelmed by affection, possibly a form of love swamping, and the receiver of this intense affection can often be unaware.’
As a star-struck admirer, I countered with enthusiasm: “He adores me, he idolizes me, and that’s supposed to be a problem? That just sounds incredible!
The steamy relationship also raised eyebrows with her parents.
Upon Gleb’s arrival in New York City for Brook’s Hudson Jeans launch, it was evident that Breaux, his father, found their public display of affection – which included straddling and kissing – somewhat unimpressive.

Regardless of the uncomfortable family situation, Gleb expressed his intention to wed Brooks, sharing with Breaux that he sought his approval before moving forward with the marriage plans.
Later on, he playfully commented to the cameras regarding the difficulty of acquiring approval, stating, ‘Gaining approval is more challenging than obtaining a U.S. visa.’
During their evening meal, Gleb shared with Brooks his desire for them to share a living arrangement. He characterized his father-in-law’s response as being somewhat reserved or chilly.
Brooks comforted him by explaining that her father was only acting out of concern, then she assertively stated: ‘Regardless of the situation, we’ll find a way to overcome it, unless you commit some grave mistake.’
After partnering with Gleb on Dancing with the Stars, Brooks openly confessed that he was immediately drawn to him.
Although they parted ways in October, Gleb shared with Extra that they intended to celebrate Thanksgiving together. During this festive occasion, they rekindled their relationship, as evidenced by a video clip of them dancing and him giving her a friendly peck on the cheek.
In a rapid courtship, the pair decided to get identical tattoos on their stomachs. However, during mid-November, Brooks disclosed to TMZ that she intended to erase the tattoo, admitting it was a momentary lapse in judgment.
In response to speculations about their relationship being staged, the Sports Illustrated cover model pointed out that “each relationship has its own depths or stages.
In her words, we invested around six to seven hours each day, every week, practicing together, which inevitably strengthens a connection with someone during that timeframe. Moreover, ballroom dancing is incredibly personal and emotional for me; I find it challenging to put up a fake front.
Last year, Brooks split from Billy Haire, who was 13 years her senior.
Initially, news surfaced about Brooks and Billy’s separation in May 2024. A representative for Brooks later confirmed to People that they were going through a divorce, having been living apart for quite some time.
The source reported that the separation is friendly, given her hectic schedule and professional success.
Every relationship poses challenges, and it’s possible for some to be mended, while others cannot. Both individuals involved are remarkable in their own right. They’ve chosen to part ways and follow separate paths.
In January, Brooks revealed she and Billy were still legally married.
She captioned a TikTok video which featured herself and Gleb: ‘Plot twist: still legally married.’
Simultaneously, Savchenko had been married to professional dancer Elena Samodanova from the years 2006 through 2020.
The pair share a daughter, named Olivia, born in November 2010, and son, Zlata, seven.
