Brooklyn Beckham jokingly compared himself to the Grinch after posting a photo of his dog in a Grinch costume, seemingly referencing his absence from Holly Ramsay’s wedding.
Brooklyn Beckham, age 26, reportedly received an invitation to the wedding of Holly and Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, who is 31. Holly and Adam recently got married.
Despite a difficult family conflict, the Ramsays reportedly maintain a welcoming and open relationship with Brooklyn.
The Ramsays and Beckhams have been friends for a long time, and their children grew up together after both families moved to the United States.
Instead of joining the family to celebrate Holly’s wedding, Brooklyn stayed in Los Angeles, having already missed Christmas with his own family.
Brooklyn shared a photo of one of his rescue dogs wearing a Grinch hat, seemingly referencing how he felt about the day.
David and Victoria Beckham were part of the large crowd of celebrities eager to see the wedding couple.
Romeo, Cruz, and Harper – the Beckhams’ children who are good friends with the Ramsays – also attended, but their eldest son, Brooklyn, wasn’t present.
David and Victoria Beckham and Gordon and Tana Ramsay have been close friends and their families have bonded since the early 2000s, originally meeting while living in the UK and continuing their friendship across the Atlantic.
But the famous Beckham family has faced its own share of difficulties, including reports of a strained relationship between their eldest son, Brooklyn, and his father.
Sources say the family feels Brooklyn has cut them off, suggesting a total breakdown in their relationship.
People close to the wedding say Brooklyn, having been a regular at events hosted by the Ramsay and Beckham families, will be noticeably absent.
Even though they’d been close friends since they were very young, his relationship with Jack, Gordon and Tana Ramsay’s oldest son who is now a Marine, had also ended.
They haven’t spoken in a while, and people close to both families say their relationship started to fall apart when Brooklyn began dating Nicola.
Just like Brooklyn Beckham’s parents weren’t there, Jack wasn’t present when Brooklyn and Nicola renewed their wedding vows this summer.
We don’t know whether Brooklyn received a wedding invitation and chose not to attend, or if he simply wasn’t invited to Holly’s wedding.
However, people close to the situation say Holly wouldn’t intentionally exclude Brooklyn, as the Ramsays are known for being welcoming and maintaining an open relationship with him.
People are reportedly very disappointed he won’t be attending, as he used to be extremely close to both Holly and Jack – particularly Jack.
