Brooklyn Beckham fends off yet another legal challenge as he continues attempts to expand his hot sauce company amid family rift

Brooklyn Beckham‘s hot sauce business is facing another lawsuit – this is the third legal issue it’s encountered in just four months.

David and Victoria Beckham’s son, 26-year-old Romeo, released his hot sauce brand, Cloud23, last October.

He had planned to grow his business, but then faced legal issues with other companies and the US Patent and Trademark Office regarding the name of his hot sauce.

Brooklyn Beckham’s Cloud 23, available in Sweet Jalapeno and Hot Habanero flavors, is named after the jersey number – 23 – worn by his father, a professional soccer player, during his time with Real Madrid and the LA Galaxy.

However, the chosen name has reportedly caused another disagreement – this time with a well-known tennis training company that has Roger Federer as an investor.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve definitely noticed ON making waves in the footwear world! They’ve become super popular for their Cloud shoes – you can instantly recognize them by that unique sole and really clean, simple design. It’s a look that’s really resonating with people right now.

The company recently received a $50 million investment from Roger and has partnered with celebrities Zendaya and Kaia Gerber as brand ambassadors.

The Sun reports that the company used the law firm Bristows LLP, known for representing celebrities, to fight against Cloud23’s attempt to trademark its name for things like food, drinks, condiments, live broadcasts, and sporting goods.

Fortunately, things worked out for Brooklyn. On Cloud decided not to pursue their objection, and the trademark was successfully registered.

The chef, who owns Buster Sauce Inc., has already faced two lawsuits regarding the company’s name as he’s grown his business.

At the beginning of the year, it became known that he was nearing the completion of his own business venture, modeled after his father David’s successful brand.

He was hoping to expand his £10 million wealth by building a personal brand – Cloud 23 – that would include items like food, beverages, and clothing.

However, when he began planning to open a burger restaurant in the US, named Beck’s Buns, he ran into a few problems.

In June, the company that makes Beck’s beer, based in Germany, reportedly opposed Brooklyn’s effort to trademark the name “Beck’s Buns.”

I’m following the Beck’s beer case closely, and I just heard that the brewery has been given another month to submit the paperwork for their legal challenge. It’s a bit of a relief, honestly, as it means they’re still fighting this and we’ll have more time to see how things unfold.

This company is owned by AB InBev, one of the world’s largest brewers, responsible for about a quarter of all lagers sold globally, like Stella Artois and Budweiser.

As a big fan, I was really following the whole trademark situation with Beck’s, and it was interesting to see how Brooklyn Brewery responded. They actually changed their application! They added restaurants to what they cover, but completely removed anything related to alcohol – things like beer and spirits – to avoid any further conflict. It seemed like a smart move to me.

To make matters worse, the California winery Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars protested when he tried to trademark “C23” as the new name for Cloud 23.

However, he fixed the problem by removing all alcohol-related classes from Buster Hot Sauce Inc.’s application.

I’ve been following Brooklyn’s new business closely, and it’s exciting to see it finally taking shape! Last month, he unveiled the branding for Beck’s Buns, and everyone’s saying it’s being funded by his wife, Nicola Peltz, and her incredibly wealthy father, Nelson. It seems they’re really backing his vision.

According to a source, Brooklyn has always wanted to open a restaurant in his neighborhood, and now that dream is becoming a reality.

I’m so excited about this! My friend recently started a new venture called Beck’s Buns, and he’s been quietly building buzz for it on social media since last month. His company, Buster Sauce Inc., actually owns the trademark, and the really big news is he’s planning to open a full-blown restaurant! I can’t wait to see what he does with it.

The menu isn’t finalized yet, but it will feature delicious, high-quality burgers served with his famous Buster hot sauces.
