After a period of not posting, Brooklyn Beckham returned to Instagram on Wednesday evening simply to thank his wife for a heartfelt birthday message he received on his 27th birthday.
After his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, publicly shared birthday wishes for him, the cooking personality was given a chance to mend his relationship with his family.
Despite ignoring their nostalgic pictures, birthday wishes, and constant use of his nickname ‘Buster,’ he immediately replied to Nicola Peltz.
On Wednesday evening, the 31-year-old American actress posted a photo on Instagram with her husband, showing them in a room decorated with balloons, likely celebrating a special occasion.
She celebrated his birthday with a heartfelt message, writing: ‘Happy birthday, my love! I hope all your dreams come true. You bring joy to everyone around you, and I’m so lucky to be your wife. I love you more than words can say!’
Responding to her birthday tribute, he wrote: ‘I love you baby girl.’
Peltz had a sweet surprise for Brooklyn: a box of twenty-one custom iced cupcakes, each spelling out ‘Happy Birthday Brooklyn’.
The influencer was surprised to receive a huge pile of gifts, all wrapped in paper branded with his hot sauce company’s logo. The sauce is playfully named after his father’s jersey number from his time playing soccer for Real Madrid and the Los Angeles Galaxy.
“Make a wish!” she said cheerfully as he began to eat his first slice of cake. Then she added, “I love you, and I hope all your wishes come true.”
Just hours before, Brooklyn Beckham’s parents, David and Victoria, posted birthday messages for him, but he hasn’t publicly responded yet.
David shared a childhood photo of his son and wished him a happy 27th birthday on Instagram. He affectionately referred to his son as ‘Bust’ – a nickname from his childhood – and also tagged his wife, Victoria, in the post. He ended the message with ‘We love you.’
