Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz seem to be establishing their life and pursuing their dreams in a new location, which is distinct from the Beckham family, as reported by the Daily Mail.

As a newlywed duo, they’ve acquired their inaugural marital residence – a breathtaking $16 million estate nestled in an elite corner of Beverly Hills. This high-profile real estate purchase appears to be a strategic statement during the ongoing family dispute.

This breathtaking six-bedroom, seven-bathroom high-end residence is located within the star-studded Trousdale Estates, a neighborhood that counts among its residents famous figures like Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lawrence, who also own homes there.

Additionally, their opulent new residence places them just a stone’s throw from the renowned musician Elton John, who himself is an owner of two properties on the very same street in Brooklyn.

The action may further widen the painful divide between him and his parents, David and Victoria, who remain quite close to the British pop star.

Indeed, just a few days ago, Elton seemed to fuel rumors by extending his well-wishes to Brooklyn and Nicola on their third wedding anniversary via an Instagram post, suggesting that he may have taken a stance in the ongoing drama.

The significant property acquisition made in December represents a significant achievement for the couple, as they had been residing in a high-end Century City apartment that belonged to Claudia, Nicola’s mother, prior to this purchase.

In a manner commonly seen among the affluent and renowned individuals, the property acquisition wasn’t made directly in their names, but rather through a freshly established Limited Liability Company (LLC) associated with Nicola’s entertainment lawyer, Robert Benun, as DailyMail.com has found out.

Additionally, the LLC mentions David Basner, who is the chief executive officer of the New York-based financial advisory company, Tag Associates. Notably, this firm has Nelson, Nicola’s wealthy father, among its clients.

Because the property doesn’t have a mortgage, it indicates that the 6,231 square foot house was purchased with cash.

However, the transaction may have been primarily funded by Nicola’s father, a successful activist investor with vast real estate holdings in Palm Beach, New York, and Los Angeles, indicating a strong possibility that he was the main source of financial backing for the acquisition.

In more straightforward terms, Brooklyn, who has varied professionally throughout the years from photography to culinary arts, has recently established a hot sauce company called Cloud 23. However, it’s doubtful that this business will generate substantial profits to cover a large investment.

As a devoted supporter, I find myself reflecting on my wife Nicola’s recent accomplishment. She, an actress and filmmaker who has graced projects like Transformers and Bates Motel, took the director’s chair for her first film titled Lola last year. Unfortunately, the box office earnings for Lola were modest, only reaching $648, as per IMDb.

As per property documentation, the house, boasting amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, home cinema, and custom-made Italian details, had an initial listing price of $19 million in the previous year. Consequently, the couple managed to secure a bargain by paying $3 million less than the asking price.

As a seasoned lifestyle connoisseur reflecting on my own experiences, I’ve noticed that long-standing family acquaintance Elton has been a fixture on the same road for a remarkable 13 years. Come September 2024, he made an impressive move by investing $8.5 million into purchasing the property next door to his current abode.

Initially a modest dwelling, it was eventually demolished and replaced by a modern, one-story, white mansion featuring a swimming pool, suitable for use as a guesthouse.

In the meantime, the Beckhams – longtime pals with Elton John for three decades – stay in the United Kingdom, as family disagreements persist and rumble on.

According to sources, Victoria and David are reportedly concerned about how much their son is smitten with Nicola.

Speculation about a disagreement or strain in the relationship between Brooklyn, the oldest son of the Beckham family, and his parents first emerged when he failed to publicly acknowledge his ex-Spice Girls mom’s birthday in April.

On Victoria’s 51st birthday, neither Brooklyn nor his spouse failed to extend well wishes, but her father David, along with her younger brothers Romeo and Cruz, shared enthusiastic messages instead.

On the occasion of his father’s 50th birthday last month, Brooklyn yet again failed to acknowledge his dad on social media and skipped all of the birthday festivities, including a guys’ fishing outing.

Even though they were in London during that time, neither Brooklyn nor Nicola managed to make it to the grand family gathering at the Beckhams’ house in Cotswolds, nor the picturesque trip to France, nor a meal at the Core restaurant in Notting Hill.

In the past month, additional signs emerged indicating the deep-rooted divide, as Brooklyn and Nicola traveled from their residence in Los Angeles to the United Kingdom for a collaborative photo session with the high-end Italian fashion label, Moncler.

It took place less than two miles away from the Beckham family home in Holland Park, west London. 

On a recent Instagram post on Monday, Brooklyn praised his wife once more, commemorating the five-year anniversary of proposing to the affluent heiress who is now 30.
