On her 60th birthday celebration on a Saturday, Brooke Shields displayed her amazing physique in a swimsuit.

During the weekend, the actress known for the Blue Lagoon film took a relaxing trip to a tropical location, celebrating a significant event by sharing beautiful images on Instagram.

She awoke today in a paradise… and embarked on a fresh, new chapter of life – it’s her 60th! In her post, she expressed gratitude for all the heartfelt birthday wishes.

The actress known for “The Pretty Baby” – who was moved to tears by an unanticipated surprise during her daughter Grier’s 19th birthday celebration last month – recently posted two pictures showing herself relaxing in a woven hammock and enjoying the sunlight.

On her peaceful beach outing, she donned a sleek black two-piece swimsuit that accentuated her well-defined waistline, striking a pose for the photographers.

Her dark, brunette hair seemed damp as if she had just swum in the crystal-clear, azure water. She wore a large-rimmed, straw hat to bask in the sun and soak up some sunlight.

One image captured the renowned movie star standing by the seashore, while another image displayed her reclining, with her loose hair, viewed from behind.

That very day, Rowan Henchy, her daughter, took to Instagram Stories to pay a heartwarming tribute for her birthday.

Besides sharing adorable old pictures of them together, Rowan, aged 22, affectionately called Shields “everybody’s beloved entrepreneur.

Additionally, Rowan praised her mother too, expressing heartfelt appreciation similar to numerous relatives, acquaintances, and colleagues, as Shields shared the post on her Instagram Story.

In a loving note accompanying the pictures, her oldest daughter penned: ‘Happy birthday to my role model, confederate-in-crime, and dearest friend. I appreciate you for always standing as my pillar of strength.’

She concluded her tribute and added: ‘Love you mama.’ 

Shields shares Rowan as well as her daughter Grier with husband Chris Henchy. 

A while back, well ahead of her birthdate, Shields eagerly looked forward to hitting the big 6-0 and made known her ideas for marking this special occasion.

She mentioned that she would be doing something extraordinary with a circle of companions, during her appearance at the “Flow Space Presents an Evening with Brooke Shields” event held in New York City in January.
