At the start of December, Brooke went to the 38th Annual Footwear News Achievement Awards held in New York City.

She went to the event accompanied by her fiance, Scott Rigsby, a 56-year-old commercial real estate agent, who was by her side.

The couple began dating in 2019 and got engaged in September 2021, but have yet to tie the knot. 

Previously, they shared that they consider themselves a married couple, yet due to their respective families’ involvement with their children, they haven’t started organizing a formal wedding ceremony.

In an interview with People Magazine in June, conducted together with Scott, she mentioned that we had planned to marry in May, but May passed by swiftly.

Brooke mentioned that two of our kids are about to turn 16 and get their driver’s licenses, with Sierra having just graduated from USC. Originally, Neriah had a tour planned. We have also completed construction on our house in Arizona.

She stated, ‘There wasn’t a moment for us to catch our breath, not even to scheme the most spectacular party of ours. Thus, it’s back to brainstorming, and we must buckle down now.’

Prior to her relationship with Scott, Brooke had been previously married to renowned plastic surgeon Garth Fisher, who gained fame from Extreme Makeover, and later to the handsome star of Baywatch, David Charvet.

Each of her husbands, Fisher and Charvet, have a pair of daughters from their marriage: Neriah (age 24) and Sierra (age 22) with Fisher, while Heaven (age 17) and Shaya (age 16) are the daughters of Charvet.
