Brooke Burke, 53, shares six easy ‘biohacks’ that will make you lose 10lbs in four weeks

Brunette bombshell Brooke Burke has managed to stay in top shape even though she is over 50.

The primary explanation for her sleek appearance is that the long-time Dancing With The Stars participant exercises daily at her Malibu estate, and she often shares this routine on her fitness platform, Brooke Burke Body.

However, the television personality employs various techniques known as “biohacking” – which involves deliberate modifications to one’s lifestyle, surroundings, and physique – to maintain her exceptional fitness level.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’ve discovered some ingenious tips that could potentially assist you in shedding approximately 10 pounds within a month, if applied consistently.

The 53-year-old featured model shared simple, non-stressful home-based techniques (referred to as ‘biohacks’) that she uses.

One thing she enjoys particularly during the summer is spreading out on a unique, not your typical store-bought mat.

The model mentioned using a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) pad that she lies on for eight minutes, twice a day, as reported by DailyMail.com. This device enhances oxygen flow, circulation, and recovery. It’s one of the self-care practices she employs.

Such a mat can cost anywhere from $330 to $700.

Another biohack has to do with listening to 528 hertz sleep frequencies.

She mentioned that it seems to reduce her stress and immerse her into a focused state, leaving her feeling tranquil.

Brooke mentioned that she performs freezing dips, which aid in reducing inflammation and boosting fat burning. She finds it extremely challenging due to the extreme coldness, and tries to endure for at least three minutes each time. She does this routine five times a week.

A more recent biohack is using Castor Oil on her stomach.

As per Healthline, the therapy they refer to is known as ‘belly button manipulation’ and it’s rooted in ancient Ayurvedic practices that encompass oil application on the belly button and its surrounding area. Advocates of this belly button manipulation believe it offers numerous health advantages.

Another thing Brooke does is take NAD+.

She mentioned that she’s been using Tru Niagen for six years now. This supplement assists her body in naturally synthesizing the molecule nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, or NAD+, for short.

NAD+ molecule plays an important role in cellular metabolism.

Her primary self-optimization technique involves taking a stroll around her neighborhood, keeping her stomach muscles tight and wearing additional weight.

‘What truly counts is movement, and finding moments to step outside, engage your body, and momentarily free yourself from your to-do list, carries significant value,’ she expressed.

Currently, I incorporate ankle and wrist weights during my walks to boost calorie expenditure. I’ve also been focusing on strengthening my core muscles as I stroll, by drawing in my abdomen. Now, this has become a habit, something I do instinctively without much thought.

Burke started biohacking two years ago.

As a passionate enthusiast, I can’t help but be utterly captivated by the world of biohacking and exploring cutting-edge possibilities for extended lifespan. The thrill of this journey is simply exhilarating!

Enhancing one’s health and wellness through self-guided biological methods like meditation and intermittent fasting is often referred to as “human augmentation” or “biohacking,” as defined by Healthline.

And Brooke also talked her diet.

According to the fitness expert who’s graced the covers of Maxim and Playboy, boosting your protein intake, expanding your fasting period, and adopting an anti-inflammatory diet are beneficial strategies.

‘Core focused Yoga, strength training in my workout split.’
