Broke?! Helen Flanagan’s Shock Confession After House Sale!

On a bright day in Gibraltar, Helen Flanagan caught everyone’s attention while casually walking around, wearing a white gown. This outing came after the unfortunate circumstances that led her to sell her home and confessing about being financially strapped.

Previously known for her role on Coronation Street, the 34-year-old woman showcased her well-defined figure in a long-sleeved dress, complementing it with a white swimsuit top beneath.

The stunning woman with blonde hair seemed to be on her way to the beach following a shopping spree, sporting a big straw handbag and sandals.

Helen slicked her tresses into a flawless bun and accessorised with a pair of stylish sunglasses.

On a lone excursion, the star from Celebs Go Dating maintained an upbeat demeanor, heading to Gibraltar on Wednesday for the Which Bingo Awards.

Recently, it was disclosed that Helen is putting her £1.5 million house up for sale because of financial difficulties arising after her separation from her former partner, Scott Sinclair.

The Bingo gathering honoring prominent figures in digital games and amusement was held at The Sunborn Hotel.

Following the apparent loss of a significant portion of her multi-million pound fortune, Helen decided to sell her permanent residence.

It seems that the actress may need to bid farewell to her stunning collection of outfits designed by various brands, including Chanel and YSL, which were adorned with elegant accessories.

She openly acknowledged that she needed to put her house up for sale due to financial struggles after parting ways with her former fiancé, Scott Sinclair, and stated that she barely managed to cover the cost of a £10 taxi ride to take her son Charlie, who is three years old, to nursery.

A few days back, a six-bedroom standalone house, located in a village bordering Bolton, was listed for sale.

The spacious, three-story house encompasses approximately 5,000 square feet and offers a delightful, immaculately maintained standalone home for families.

Or, more casually:

This fantastic, three-level house takes up about 5,000 square feet, and it’s been kept in tip-top shape for family living.

Although Helen is currently experiencing tough financial circumstances, the bedroom-cum-living room is brimming with luxury items such as designer handbags from Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent, stylish clothing, and trendy footwear, making it an impressive sight, as described in the listing.

If the property, previously owned by a Coronation Street star, manages to fetch even close to its current asking price, they stand to make a significant return on the approximately £840,000 they spent on it in June 2021, as per land registry records.

The question remains: Who will ultimately claim the profits, since the land registration documents, reviewed by the Daily Mail in January, indicate it’s registered under her former partner, the footballer Scott.

Based on the photos provided by the realtor, it seems that Helen and her three kids are likely still residing in the house, as their rooms appear to be filled with their personal items.

The living area showcases a magnificent piano, and you’ll find six bathrooms scattered around, along with a custom-made kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and underfloor heating installed throughout the space.

Two of the bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms and living rooms.

Following my separation from Scott, I found myself in a tough financial predicament, despite having amassed a substantial wealth from my successful run on Coronation Street and various high-profile reality show stints.

It’s worth noting that Last Year, TopMob’s personal business ended the financial year with a net profit of approximately £75,616. This figure surpassed her projected earnings for 2023 by a significant margin of around £5,000.

In the preceding year, HJF Darling Ltd held back earnings amounting to £75,615, representing a rise of £5,545 compared to the prior year. Retained earnings represent the company’s total income that was not distributed as dividends and was not spent on expenses.

It’s worth noting that despite making these charitable donations, Helen’s income was substantial enough to result in £58,549 being paid towards taxes and social security contributions, which generally include VAT, PAYE, and NI. This implies that she continues to earn a respectable salary.

Last year, it appears that Helen was compelled to let go of her sole employee who worked under her, since she currently stands as the sole director and worker within the company.

Although she asserted that she had no money (skint) and required her vehicle to transport her children, the magistrates nonetheless prohibited her from driving for a duration of six months.

She said: ‘I’m a single mum, I live in the middle of the moors.’

She mentioned that her primary role is being a stay-at-home mom, and she currently has enough funds in her account to cover her taxes, VAT, and essentially not much else – later noting that she can also pay her taxes, mortgage, and buy some tea with it.

On The Declutter Hub podcast with Ingrid Jansen and Lesley Spellman, she stated a month ago that she planned to sell her property. Despite being described as down-to-earth, she acknowledged that the process of moving would prove challenging for her.

Additionally, she disclosed that even though the current house is up for sale, she remains uncertain about her future living location, hinting that London could prove too costly for her budget.

Helen shares custody of her children Matilda (9), Delilah (6), and Charlie (3) with her former partner Scott, but she’s currently dating Robbie Talbot, who resides in Liverpool, where his own kids dwell as well.

She mentioned about their upcoming move: “We’re putting the house on the market right now, and I’m looking forward to the change since I’ve grown accustomed to moving houses frequently due to Scott’s football career.

‘I could now never stay in one place for too long I don’t think. I like a change, I love it.’

She expressed: “I find it unfortunate that I’ll be departing from this home shortly, as I’ve invested a great deal of my energy into it.

I invested a significant amount of my savings into creating a stunningly beautiful property. The house boasts no less than eight bedrooms, which can be quite challenging to maintain efficiently – it certainly requires a lot of effort.

When I relocate, I may find it challenging to simplify my belongings – I don’t wish to come off as unsympathetic. However, it will feel unusual and uncomfortable. Yet, it would be more bearable for me in the long run.

I’m undecided about my next residence, as I’ve long harbored a desire to live in London, but the cost difference is quite significant. Still, the potential benefits for work are enticing, and I could use a change of scenery. Given how challenging these past years have been, moving would offer a much-needed breath of fresh air.
