According to reports, Mickey Rourke is apparently considering filing a lawsuit against the producers of Celebrity Big Brother as they allegedly denied him a substantial income opportunity by kicking him off the show.

On Saturday, the 72-year-old actor was asked to leave his home due to unacceptable conduct. This followed an outburst of offensive comments towards JoJo Siwa, confrontations with Chris Hughes, and a suggestive remark directed at Ella Rae Wise, which included derogatory language against both the LGBTQ+ community and women.

Mickey was kicked out following a heated argument with Chris (age 32), during which he launched into a profanity-laden tirade.

However, it’s said that he’s contemplating suing the show managers, asserting that they intentionally terminated him on a Saturday to bypass providing him the significant compensation he thinks he’s entitled to. This decision came after his income was reduced following his dismissal.

Initially, the star was offered a staggering £500,000 for the show, but due to his disgrace, he’ll only receive £50,000 now, as reported by The Sun.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the recent news about Mickey, and it seems he found himself in a tight spot financially, leading him to join the show as a means to settle some debts. However, the earnings from the show have only covered his hotel bill, leaving no additional funds for now.

According to the report, Kimberly Hines, Mickey’s representative, stated that he was assured of luxury lodging, or “five-star” accommodation. However, upon their arrival, it was disclosed that only £300 per night would be provided for accommodations by the producers.

After he had previously spent a large amount on reserving an extravagant hotel for himself and his group, it was the cash-strapped actor who ended up covering the substantial cost of £50,000.

If he had extended his stay by an additional day, he would have been entitled to a significantly larger sum of money according to the terms of his contract.

It is said that Kimberly reported producers knew Mickey was prone to verbal outbursts and exploited this for dramatic effect on screen, then arranged only minimal transportation for him when sending him off, as little as an airport ride.

I’ve reached out to spokespersons from Disney (Mickey), ITV, and Banijay UK (the production company in charge of the show and handling cast contracts) for their response.

Mickey was removed from the group because of his persistent use of offensive and inappropriate language, which encompassed making lewd sexual comments about Ella who is 24 years old, issuing homophobic threats towards JoJo who is 21, and getting into confrontations with Chris.

The significant showdown took place during the pirate-themed shopping challenge, as Mickey alleged that Chris was giving him a suspicious glance, which he described as “checking him out,” and then addressed Chris with a derogatory term often used to express disrespect or contempt.

The scenario started as Captain JoJo, now assigned to this position, gathered her fellow residents, inquiring: “Greetings. How have you all been faring out here?

As an overly enthusiastic fan, I can’t help but feel uneasy, Captain. Just moments ago, our beloved Trisha Goddard, at 67 years young, dropped a bombshell: “There seems to be a stowaway among us!” And when Chris turned to Mickey, the charismatic actor, his eyes flashed with indignation, uttering, “You pointing your finger at me?

As JoJo tried to calm things down and Chris reassured Mickey it was just a jest, the performer retorted sharply: “Stop giving me that intense stare.

He angrily warned them not to stare at him. He called them disrespectful names and became increasingly enraged as more housemates attempted to calm him down.”

As tensions escalated, Chris exclaimed: “Stand over there!” before Mickey was instructed to go to the diary room “right away”.

Chris attempted to clarify that it was a jest, but Mickey gestured towards the floor, responding instead with: ‘Not a joke, you’ll find yourself there momentarily.’

In my personal journal, Big Brother gently admonished me earlier today. It seemed our conversation with Chris had taken an unfavorable turn, as my words and actions may have come across as menacing and forceful.

‘Big Brother strictly forbids any form of aggressive speech or actions. Furthermore, it was unacceptable for you to employ suggestive or sexually explicit language towards Ella.’

Previously, Big Brother had addressed Mickey about his choice of words being disrespectful and inappropriate, especially when he made derogatory remarks towards JoJo and upset other housemates during the past week. This wasn’t the first reminder from Big Brother regarding his language.

In acknowledging my mistake, I humbly say, “Yes, sir, I erred. I extend my sincerest apologies for my actions. I deeply regret what I did, as I recognize I overstepped a boundary. I accept full responsibility for my wrongdoing because my temper got the best of me in this instance. Regrettably, I should have exercised more self-control, and I’ve been striving to improve throughout my life.

For a brief moment, I let my composure slip, and I regret that. Thankfully, no one was physically harmed. However, it’s possible that someone might have felt offended, or perhaps others may have been bothered by the situation. I genuinely apologize for any discomfort caused.

Yet, Big Brother deemed his actions as “extremely unsuitable” and felt compelled to request his departure due to lack of other options.
