Brittany Cartwright was showing off her new figure while at BravoCon in Las Vegas this week.

On Wednesday, the Vanderpump Rules star posted some never-before-seen photos from the event on Instagram.

The star shared on Instagram how much fun she had at BravoCon 2025, calling it an incredible experience. She expressed her gratitude for meeting so many wonderful fans, saying Bravo fans are the best and she loves them all!

Lala Kent, Gia Giudice, Kristen Doute and Tamra judge hit the like button.

The reality TV star wore a revealing, pale blue satin dress with a very low neckline and no bra.

The actress from Valley looked amazing after undergoing breast augmentation and a tummy tuck, procedures she’s openly talked about online.

This news follows Brittany Cartwright’s recent separation from her husband, Jax Taylor, with whom she has a son. Taylor will also not be appearing in the upcoming season of The Valley.

A month ago she had a tummy tuck and breast reduction to improve her shape.

Three weeks after her surgeries, she shared with fans that she was still a little sore, but very happy with how things turned out.

She shared online how happy she is with her choices, encouraging others to do what feels right for their own bodies and to support each other. She believes every woman’s body is amazing and deserves to be celebrated, regardless of individual paths.

Kristen Doute exclaimed, ‘Wow, you’re glowing both inside and out!’ Scheana Shay simply replied, ‘Yes!’ And Tamra Judge added, ‘You always look fantastic. Wishing you a speedy recovery.’

Last week she also checked in with her fans. 

I’m recovering from a major surgery, but I’m feeling stronger each day. I recently had my tubes removed, and it went much better than I expected – I hardly felt any pain at all, it was a surprisingly easy procedure,” the mother shared with her followers.

She said she was feeling much better now that the tubes were out. It was amazing how quickly she improved, even though she was still swollen.

Lori Krebs, representing Tom Sandoval’s wife Ariana Cartwright, revealed that Cartwright had a ‘mommy makeover’ to begin a new phase focused on building her self-esteem and personal well-being.

Krebs shared that Brittany had wanted this surgery for a long time and had finally decided to go through with it.

Per the outlet, the procedures were done by Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke. 

An insider also confirmed that the star ‘removed the [breast] implants she had and got new ones.’ 

Earlier this month, Cartwright revealed she was recovering from a surgery she’d been wanting for a long time.

The TV personality didn’t say what she had done, but she did share pictures of herself recovering.

She had two surgical drains positioned near her side, and the area was covered with a compression bandage.

‘When they said “remove what no longer serves you,” I took it literally,’ she captioned the post. 

To be honest, as you all know I’m always genuine, and I’ve done something I’ve wanted to do for years! I finally went for it, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

Cartwright had surgery one year after filing for divorce from Jax Taylor. The couple ended their five-year marriage due to differences they couldn’t resolve.

As a lifestyle expert, I often see couples struggling silently. In Brittany’s case, things had been difficult for a while. She actually let everyone know months before she officially filed for divorce that she and her husband had already been living apart for quite some time – it wasn’t a sudden decision, but a long time coming.

In February 2024, she went on their joint podcast and announced their split.

Jax and I have decided to separate and I’ve moved into a new place to focus on my well-being. We share a four-year-old son named Cruz.

Last year, Cartwright shared that problems in her marriage and a lack of closeness with Taylor were hurting her self-confidence.

She described feeling inadequate and questioning the relationship when her partner became distant and unkind. It felt less like a romantic connection and more like simply sharing a living space with someone, ultimately leading to her decision to end things, as she shared with Us Weekly.

I refuse to spend the rest of my life feeling unhappy, stuck in a marriage without intimacy, and constantly fighting with my husband.
