Brittany Cartwright flashed her body in a very sheer minidress at BravoCon in Las Vegas on Friday.

The television personality turned heads in a revealing, short black dress with netting. She completed the look with black pointed heels, which made her legs appear longer, while posing on a blue carpet at Caesars Forum.

This news follows her recent cosmetic surgeries – a tummy tuck and breast reduction – which she had about a month ago to enhance her figure.

Three weeks after her surgeries, she shared with her fans that she was still feeling some soreness, but was very happy with how everything turned out.

She shared on social media how pleased she is with her choices, encouraging others to do what feels right for their own bodies and to always support other women. She emphasized that every woman’s body is amazing and deserves to be celebrated, regardless of individual paths.

Kristen Doute exclaimed how sparkly and beautiful someone looked, both inside and out. Scheana Shay simply replied with enthusiastic agreement, and Tamra Judge added that they always look amazing and wished them a speedy recovery.

Last week she also checked in with her fans. 

I’m recovering from a major surgery, but I’m feeling stronger each day. Today, I had my tubes removed, and it went really well – I had very little pain and barely felt anything at all, which was a pleasant surprise! I shared this update with my followers.

She said she was feeling much better now that the tubes were out. It was amazing how quickly she improved, although she was still quite swollen.

Lori Krebs, representing Tom Sandoval’s wife Ariana Cartwright, shared with Us Weekly that Cartwright had a ‘mommy makeover’ to help her feel more confident and begin a positive new phase in her life, focusing on healing and personal growth.

Krebs shared that Brittany had been wanting this surgery for a long time and had finally decided to go through with it.

Per the outlet, the procedures were done by Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke. 

An insider also confirmed that the star ‘removed the [breast] implants she had and got new ones.’ 

Earlier this month, Cartwright hinted she was getting over a surgery she’d wanted for a long time.

The TV personality didn’t say what she had done, but she did share pictures of herself recovering.

The photo shows surgical drains positioned next to her side, which was covered by a compression bandage.

‘When they said “remove what no longer serves you,” I took it literally,’ she captioned the post. 

Okay, seriously guys, you know I’m always 100% honest… and I finally did it! It’s something I’ve been dreaming about for years, and I finally just went for it, for me. I honestly can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am right now!

I’m still on the mend, but feeling better and more energetic each day. I’ll share an update with you all soon! ✨

Cartwright had surgery about a year after she and Jax Taylor divorced. They ended their five-year marriage due to issues they couldn’t resolve.

Before Brittany officially filed for divorce, she had already announced to the public that she and her spouse had been living apart for some time.

In February 2024, she went on their joint podcast and announced their split.

I’m really saddened to share that Jax and I have decided to live separately for a while. I’ve moved into a new place to give myself some much-needed space to focus on my well-being. It’s a tough time, especially because we share our amazing four-year-old son, Cruz, and we both love him so much.

Last year, Cartwright shared that problems in her marriage and a lack of closeness with Taylor started to damage her self-confidence.

She described feeling inadequate and questioning the relationship when her partner became distant and unkind. It felt like they were just living together as roommates, and eventually, she reached her limit, she told Us Weekly.

I refuse to live the rest of my life feeling unhappy, stuck in a marriage without intimacy, and constantly fighting with my husband. I want things to change.

When she attempted to discuss their problems with Taylor, he reportedly responded with ‘I’m 44 and I’m tired,’ which she found unhelpful and unsatisfactory.

Cartwright explained she realized not everyone experiences the same challenges with parenthood. She also expressed frustration with her partner, saying he gets defensive whenever she tries to discuss her feelings and doesn’t seem to consider her perspective.
