BRIT Awards Menu: Fancy Food and a Green Twist!

On Saturday evening, the menu for the BRIT Awards was unveiled as celebrities from various parts of the globe indulged in a lavish three-course meal.

Additionally, you can find a ‘lower-carbon’ main dish offering: Welsh Laverbread wrapped in pastry with leeks (Leek Wellington), leek and potato confit terrine, mini Arancini balls filled with shamembert cheese and leeks, and puree of Crown Prince pumpkin.

In the end, it’s the celebs who will savor a delightful Bavarian cream of Yorkshire rhubarb and London honey, accompanied by a sponge cake infused with stem ginger, a white chocolate and bee pollen crumble, a compote of rhubarb and basil, and candied ginger as a final touch.
