Bristol Palin reveals whether her son Tripp, 16, will go to college… after he moved in with his father Levi
Bristol Palin mentioned that she doesn’t plan on encouraging her 16-year-old son, Tripp, to enroll in a university after he completes high school.
On Thursday, the reality TV personality born in Wasilla, Alaska, and currently aged 34, engaged with over half a million of her followers on various subjects, including the education plans for her oldest child.
Inquired about whether her son Tripp, residing with his father, Levi Johnston, in Alaska, is interested in attending college, Bristol expressed that she would not force him to pursue higher education.
Bristol mentioned that Tripp is already employed and has a strong desire to start working immediately following high school, with aspirations to join the real estate industry where he is currently involved.
As a faithful follower, I’m confidently predicting that he’s going to delve into a business venture, and it seems quite plausible that he’ll be involved in real estate or development! (Teen Mom OG star)
Daily Mail has reached out to Bristol via Instagram for further clarification on her comments.

Approximately one year ago, Tripp relocated to live with his dad, Levi, in Alaska. Bristol shared her sadness about her son’s departure from their family home in Austin, Texas, in a touching Instagram post last August.
In simpler terms, she stated that reaching this decision has been challenging, but it’s not driven by her personal desires. Instead, it reflects something beyond her own preferences, as expressed by the daughter of the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
Bristol emphasized that her son was maturing and saw significant importance in him spending more time with his dad, as a means of describing how she was adapting to this life transition.
Bristol mentioned that he’s nearly sixteen, and the bond he shares with his father holds greater significance to him than my personal wish for him to always stay with his mother.
‘She expressed that she’s deeply moved by the circumstances and longs for a smooth shift: “I haven’t been able to discuss it without tearing up, but I secretly wish for an easy year and uncomplicated transition for us.”‘
On Thursdays, the main character from Teen Mom OG shared updates about her health status on social media. A fan asked about the symptoms she experienced before noticeable changes occurred in her face. She clarified that the condition seemed to appear out of nowhere, without any forewarning or warning signs at all.
She stated that one morning, she suddenly found herself completely immobilized without any prior indication – neither had she been ill, hadn’t received a vaccine, nor had she recently undergone Botox treatment. It just happened out of the blue.

Bristol previously informed her supporters about the various approaches she adopted during her health struggle, such as abstaining from alcohol for a whole year, along with nerve block treatments.
Another user asked Bristol how she was handling the situation on an emotional level.
Bristol replied, ‘I’m managing quite well, but I’m not ready to see my own photos just yet.’
Six months into the circumstances, Bristol figured her face was likely around 70% restored to its usual appearance.
Another user asked Bristol why she wasn’t spending that much time on Instagram these days.
As I grow older, I find myself feeling like Instagram is becoming increasingly self-centered – at least that’s how it seems to me. Don’t get me wrong, I adore interacting with all of you and having you as friends on this platform, but the idea of constantly posting doesn’t appeal to me much anymore.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but eagerly anticipate the possibility that my beloved role model, Bristol, might generously unveil more insights into her captivating professional journey should the chance arise!
In my current phase, I’m relishing the simplicity of an offline, tranquil existence, much like Bob the Builder might when he’s not managing big construction projects. However, once I embark on new home endeavors, I look forward to sharing the journey with all of you!
In the posts, Bristol included pictures of herself with her kids, a cheerful self-portrait, and a photograph showcasing her hands adorned with vibrant yellow nail polish.

Asked if her son Tripp, 16, wants to go to college, she replied, ‘I’d never push college.
Bristol mentioned, “He’s expressing a desire to work – it’s important to note that he’s currently employed, in fact. I can confidently predict that he’ll pursue a vocation within the realm of construction or property, likely real estate development.
In early January, Bristol was told by her doctor that they suspect she has Bell’s Palsy – a condition characterized by temporary facial muscle weakness or paralysis. This conclusion was made after various tests revealed no other underlying issues.
As a conscientious follower, I acknowledged five months ago that my condition hadn’t shown significant progress when the health predicament surpassed the three-week milestone.
In February, she stated, “We’re on day 23 of this, and it’s completely unbelievable.” She was experiencing difficulty moving the left side of her face, making blinking challenging, and even struggling to blow out a candle. Her sisters find it amusing, as she appears quite peculiar due to these issues.
Bristol shared with her 552,000 followers the modifications she’s implemented in her wellness routine, as she fights against facial paralysis.
In a recent Instagram Story post, Bristol shared that she’s been through various treatments such as acupuncture, massages, oxygen chamber sessions, and red light therapy, and has significantly reduced her intake of processed foods from her diet.
Bristol said she was ‘eliminating most caffeine’ in her daily regimen..

She shared with her audience that she continues to drink coffee in the morning, yet is working diligently to declutter and improve her health. However, since this change has stemmed from stress, she’s been making an effort to minimize anything within her control that serves no beneficial purpose.
Bristol mentioned that she’s been working hard to reduce the stress in her daily life, aiming to feel more lighthearted and improved, rather than triggering the physical responses she’s experienced.
Bristol mentioned, “I’m following a regular sleep schedule and doing my best to rest well so I can heal properly.
Bristol expressed unease about openly discussing the subject, yet recognized the importance of sharing her situation with the public, so they wouldn’t be left guessing and potentially concerned.
Bristol expressed his discomfort discussing the topics presented, stating, “I merely wished to bring up these subjects because I didn’t want others to assume something unusual had transpired when we met in person. My primary goal was to manage that perception, and now I can assure you, everything is going smoothly.
Bristol wrapped up the clip in saying she was ‘praying for some breakthrough some healing soon.’
Bristol has three children: Tripp, 16, her son with ex Levi Johnston, 35; Sailor Grace, nine; and Atlee Bay, eight, from her relationship with ex-husband Dakota Meyer, 37. In January, she shared on a social media platform that doctors suspect she may have Bell’s palsy following various tests due to symptoms she experienced.

Nine days back, I awoke with an odd feeling in my facial area. My mouth seemed to be slightly askew towards the left, and overall, it didn’t feel quite right. Over the course of a few hours, the entire left side of my face became numb and immobile.
She said she couldn’t blink her eye and ‘definitely had no movement on the side of [her] face.’
Many well-known individuals such as George Clooney, Angelina Jolie, Emily Maynard Johnson (former star of ‘The Bachelorette’), and legendary professional wrestling commentator Jim Ross have been previously diagnosed with Bell’s palsy in the past.
In 2008, Bristol found herself under a nationwide spotlight due to her mother’s vice presidential bid with the late Senator John McCain from Arizona.
In September 2008, she attended the Republican National Convention together with Johnston, gaining media attention due to her pregnancy with Tripp at age 17. This event took place during Sarah Palin’s quick ascension into political significance as McCain’s vice presidential candidate.
After the election, their relationship with Johnston continued to be a topic of public interest due to two high-profile events, ultimately leading to their permanent separation.
2009 saw Bristol garnering attention when she accepted a role worth $262,500 to function as an advocate for abstinence with a teen pregnancy-prevention group named The Candie’s Foundation.
In a 2009 interview on Good Morning America, Bristol stated that the absolute way to ensure no pregnancies occur is by abstaining from sexual activity. This option is not only safe but also helps in preventing teenage pregnancies and avoiding a great deal of emotional distress.

2015 saw Bristol announcing her engagement to Dakota Meyer, a distinguished Marine and recipient of the Medal of Honor. However, they postponed their wedding until the following year, before Meyer filed for divorce in 2018.
In her 2011 memoir “Not Afraid of My Life”, Bristol referred to Levi as a “pesky fly” who took her virginity while she was under the influence of alcohol.
In June of 2011, Bristol made it clear during her interview on Good Morning America that she was not implying or accusing Levi of any form of date rape or sexual assault whatsoever.
She remarked, “Now that I reflect on it as an adult, that was clearly a reckless choice.” It would have been wiser not to partake in underage drinking, and avoiding such hazardous situations was essential.
Johnston asked that the hearings be made public to serve as a safeguard against anyone acting out of excessive vindictiveness, aggression, or malice.

Johnston expressed, ‘Bristol herself may not act this way, neither would I. However, her mother is influential, politically driven, and known for being very vengeful. Therefore, I believe a public case could help minimize Sarah Palin’s tendency to retaliate.’
In November 2013, Johnston submitted legal documents requesting shared custody of Tripp, arguing it was beneficial for the child, as Bristol had earlier received sole custody.
In simpler terms, Bristol mentioned that the court document was filed with the intention of modifying his child support payments because he owed approximately $66,000 in back payments at the time.
In the event of another trial, Bristol will argue that Johnston has failed to prove his capability as a parent.
Bristol stated that Johnston failed to spend time with a young Tripp, instead using his income for vacations, expensive cars, and hunting excursions rather than fulfilling his child support responsibilities.
Besides her involvement in Dancing with the Stars, Bristol made appearances on the Lifetime television show Life’s a Tripp and MTV’s Teen Mom OG in the year 2018 as well.
