Bridget Fonda was recently seen out and about in Los Angeles, and she continues to show off her significant weight loss.
I was so thrilled to see recent photos of the legend! It’s been over twenty years since she stepped away from acting, and she looked fantastic on her walk. I heard she’s lost a whopping 75 pounds – she’s truly inspiring!
For her day out, she dressed comfortably in a simple white shirt, black trousers, and a long black cardigan.
Bridget Fonda, daughter of Peter Fonda and niece of Jane Fonda, was carrying a black cross-body bag and a yellow tote bag over her shoulder.
The actress, once a Hollywood star, put on black sneakers and styled her hair into a simple bun.
Bridget first appeared in a movie at age five, in the 1969 film Easy Rider. Her father, Peter, along with Jack Nicholson and Dennis Hopper, also starred in the movie.

She started appearing in other projects in the late 1980s, including “You Can’t Hurry Love” (1988) and “Scandal” (1989).
In 1990, she appeared as a journalist in the movie The Godfather Part III, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
She followed this with a role in the 1992 psychological thriller Single White Female, co-starring Jennifer Jason Leigh. The film later gained a cult following.
Throughout her career, she also starred in several other films, including It Could Happen To You (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), A Simple Plan (1998), Lake Placid (1999), and Kiss Of The Dragon (2001).
Bridget was nominated for several awards throughout her acting career, including a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the 1989 film, Scandal.
Her last appearance on the screen was in the 2002 television filmed titled Snow Queen.
In 2003, she suffered a broken back in a car accident, which unfortunately ended her career as an actress.
That same year, she tied the knot with composer Danny Elfman and the couple share son Oliver, 20.




Bridget has lost weight in recent years, and functional nutritionist Monica Partier recently explained how she did it.
Monica told the Daily Mail last month that she estimates the woman has lost at least 75 pounds in recent years, which is a significant accomplishment, especially considering her age – she’s over 50.
Jane Fonda may have used medications like Ozempic, Wegovy (semaglutide), or Zepbound (tirzepatide) to help with her weight loss.
The nutritionist continued, saying that if she achieved this result naturally, there were a number of different approaches she could have used.
As a long-time follower of Monica’s work, I’ve learned that getting your metabolism right is absolutely key to good health. She always emphasizes that it’s not just about calories – you really need to consider everything working together. Specifically, she talks a lot about checking your hormone levels, making sure your gut is healthy, identifying any vitamin or mineral deficiencies, being aware of potentially harmful chemicals in your environment (obesogens), and managing chronic stress. It’s a holistic approach, and it’s made a huge difference in how I think about wellness.
I advise my clients to prioritize whole, natural foods whenever possible. Simple things like making a quick salad with fresh tomatoes and avocado, dressed with avocado oil and sea salt, can make a big difference. I also encourage them to eat plenty of fiber-rich foods like fruits, nuts, and beans.
Monica emphasized the importance of healthy fats, suggesting that incorporating fatty fish like salmon, tuna, and mackerel into your diet, along with using coconut oil when cooking, is a great approach.

The wellness expert recommended shifting your focus from counting calories to buying nutritious, whole foods that you can easily prepare at home.
As a lifestyle expert, I often hear people say healthy eating feels complicated. But it doesn’t have to be! My advice for keeping it simple? Focus on getting lots of protein and fresh veggies in your diet. And really, just try to minimize things like fried foods, sugary treats, and refined carbs – those are the things that tend to hold us back.
Monica explained that eating healthy, whole foods can help prevent illness and improve overall health. She said, ‘Eating well is a powerful way to fight long-term diseases and feel your best.’
Ultimately, managing stress is a good idea, and my nutritionist recommended relieving it by taking daily walks outdoors and practicing meditation.


She also noted, ‘I start my day by meditating for 20 minutes; it just makes me feel better.’
Bridget, a well-known actress from the 1990s who once dated Eric Stoltz, hasn’t spoken publicly about her weight loss.
The former actress shared in 2023 if she intends to act again.
Bridget said at LAX, ‘No, I don’t think I want to. I’m enjoying being a regular person too much.’
