After receiving her nomination for Best Female Performance in a Comedy for her work in “Big Mood,” Coughlan plans to attend the upcoming ceremony, which is scheduled for May 11 and will be hosted by Alan Cumming.

Last month on Instagram, Coughlan – known for her role in “Doctor Who” – penned a touching message accompanying a series of images, commemorating her recent BAFTA nomination.

She exclaimed, “Oh wow! I’ve been nominated for a BAFTA!” She struggled to write a lengthy caption due to her feelings of being overwhelmed, excited, and emotional about this honor. Here are some pictures instead: Picture 2 – The joyous moment when I shared the news with my mom over the phone, showing her the nomination on my forehead.

My dear friend, you never cease to amaze me! 😭

Big Mood co-star Lydia West expressed her affection by saying, ‘We adore you so much!!!!!!’ She wasn’t the only one, as The Last of Us and Yellowjackets star Melanie Lynskey and Doctor Who showrunner Russell T Davies also chimed in.

Bridgerton seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix, along with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
