Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor has unveiled an edgy hair transformation.
Over the weekend, the actor, famous for portraying Daphne Bridgerton in the popular Netflix period series, appeared almost unmatched to their usual image on the cover of The Telegraph’s Luxury edition.
On Sunday (November 11), Dynevor posted a collection of photos from a photo shoot on Instagram, where she displayed her freshly changed hair color – opting for blonde instead of her usual red tresses.
Her bleached tresses were styled in a shaggy, wet-look bob, complete with a full textured fringe.
Supporters swiftly flooded the comment area expressing their affection for Dynevor’s new, more radiant appearance, drawing comparisons between the actress and Uma Thurman as well as Taylor Swift.
“So glamorous and endlessly chic, platinum blonde. LOVE this look,” one person wrote.
“The new hairstyle really complements you, and the blonde shade fits you wonderfully. It’s fantastic!
A fourth admirer shared the same praise, exclaiming: “You’re like a diamond!!! Gorgeous,” while yet another agreed: “Always beautiful, I adore your new blonde hair.
On previous occasions, Dynevor has donned a short, blonde bob hairdo. Back in 2021, the celebrity mimicked Miley Cyrus’s famous hairstyle by wearing a messy platinum wig that she referred to as her “Miley moment” on Instagram.
In an interview with Vogue in 2022, Dynevor shared that she frequently dyed her hair blonde during her teenage years to avoid bullying about her red hair in school.
As we grow older, it becomes more liberating to accept and love aspects of ourselves that once seemed unappealing. She explained that she’s currently at a stage where she’s wholeheartedly accepting every part of herself, even her fair, pale skin.
Currently, Dynevor started filming for an upcoming shark-themed suspense movie titled “Beneath the Storm“. This production is penned by the same mind behind “Violent Night“, director Tommy Wirkola. The anticipated release date for this film is August 2025.
She has also signed on to star in upcoming thriller Famous, alongside The Iron Claw‘s Zac Efron.
