Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey confirms season 4 return
As a die-hard Bridgerton fan who has binged watched every season multiple times and can recite lines from memory, hearing that Jonathan Bailey will be returning for Season 4 is like finding out my favorite cousin is coming to town unexpectedly – pure joy and excitement!
Bridgerton actor Jonathan Bailey has officially confirmed his return for season 4.
After watching the recent installments of the Netflix historical series, it’s clear that Season 4 will primarily center around Luke Thompson’s character, Benedict Bridgerton.
It is now certain that his older brother, Anthony (Bailey), will remain present, potentially providing wise counsel following his own love experiences.
On Good Morning America, Bailey shared some exciting news, saying: “In a few weeks, I’ve got some time set aside on my calendar for coming back. I can’t wait to go over the scripts.”
As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share my thoughts on the captivating series, “Bridgerton”. What sets it apart is its exploration of the myriad ways in which humanity can experience love. This show delves into these diverse aspects, and I, as the eldest sibling, am excited to be part of this journey, guiding the younger ones along the way.
Additionally, he expressed great enthusiasm about Benedict making his appearance, describing the character as brimming with awe and delight. He referred to him as the emotional center of the family. Luke Thompson promises to be captivating in his role.
Regrettably, it seems like we’ll have to wait some time for season 4; according to the showrunner Jess Brownell, who mentioned this in June, it could possibly be released as late as 2026.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m always striving to bring you fresh content as soon as possible, but let me clarify the process behind it. Each season isn’t just magically created; it takes approximately eight months to film. After that, it undergoes editing, and then each episode needs to be dubbed into multiple languages for our global audience. It’s a lengthy process, but trust me, the wait is worth it!
“And the writing takes a very long time as well, so we’re kind of on a two-year pace. We’re trying to speed up but somewhere in that range.”
For the ongoing fourth season, we have some fresh casting announcements this week. The ‘Halo’ actress, Yerin Ha, will be portraying Benedict’s romantic interest, Sophie Beckett.
Bridgerton seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix, along with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
