As a self-proclaimed lifestyle connoisseur, I’d like to share some exciting real estate news – my own, if you will! Four years ago, my partner and I were fortunate enough to acquire a stunning Melbourne property that we’ve lovingly transformed into our dream home. Now, with a heavy heart, we’ve decided it’s time to part ways with this remarkable abode, listing it on the market for an asking price of $4.5m. As we embark on a new chapter in our lives, I can’t help but reminisce about the countless memories made within these walls and the incredible journey of making this house truly our own.
In 2021, the couple shelled out roughly $3.1 million for a house in Hampton and have since been meticulously remodeling it over the past four years.
This exceptional home boasts a spacious 1200 square meter lot, offering five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its fully updated kitchen, adorned with parquet flooring, sits under grand high ceilings.
Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite boasting a spacious walk-in closet, high-end bathroom, cozy seating area, and study nook, all accompanied by an outdoor balcony for your enjoyment.
When Fevola made the purchase, he posted on social media a photo of him and Alex, along with themselves and their four kids, in front of the new property. He tagged the post to include them.
‘New family home to make memories,’ he wrote at the time.

Sarah Korbel, a realtor at Fredman Real Estate, pointed out that the unique layout of the property makes it an ideal choice for families due to its exceptional design.
She shared with Realestate.com.au that what families might find appealing are the numerous bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as the presence of three distinct living areas.
The property is completely finished – should anyone wish to enhance the landscape or install a swimming pool, they certainly have the opportunity; however, it already stands as an ideal home for a larger family.
The house, nestled away from the main road, boasts an array of mature greenery, and offers a spacious backyard that’s ideal for hosting gatherings.
It’s conveniently located near multiple facilities such as a mall, various modes of transportation, stores, numerous schools, and the coastline.
Expressions of interest for the property will close at 5pm on Monday, September 1.
Brendan and Alex purchased the property in 2021.
They announced on Instagram that they had finalized the purchase, and expressed how the Edwardian-era house would be an ideal setting for creating cherished family moments.

During the inspection, Fevola’s daughter Tobi, at a young age, swiftly chose the room that would be hers according to her preference.
Their little girl’s enthusiasm was apparently what sealed the deal for him and Alex.
‘When we walked in, Tobi said, “This is my room.” That did it for us,’ Brendan said.
As a passionate advocate for family life, I am blessed with four remarkable daughters – Leni, a lively 16-year-old; the vivacious 12-year-old Lulu; energetic Tobi, who just turned six; and the wise and independent Mia, who is 25 and brings a wealth of experience to our family as Alex’s daughter from a previous relationship.
He has co-hosted the top-rating Fox Melbourne breakfast show Fifi, Fev and Nick since April 2016.
