Brawl-O-ween is back in Brawl Stars! A new Trick or Treat event is now running until October 27th. This event features special boxes – Pumpkin Boxes and Treat Boxes – that let you earn both classic and brand new Brawl-O-ween skins, along with other goodies. In this guide, I’ll explain everything you need to know, including how to gather candies and what rewards you can get. Let’s get started!
Brawl Stars Trick or Treat event: Overview
The Trick or Treat event is happening now in Brawl Stars! You can gather Candies to get awesome rewards. Use these Candies to open the new Trick Box, which has a variety of goodies – including both brand new and classic Brawl-O-ween skins, cosmetic items, things to help you level up, Starr Powers, Gadgets, Hypercharges, and even a Brawler!
The Trick or Treat event is now happening! 😱🦇
Gather candy throughout the #Brawloween season and unlock two different types of boxes:
🎃 Trick Boxes contain both new and classic Brawl-O-ween Skins, Progression items, Brawlers, and more!

In addition to everything else, you can exchange Candies for the Treat Box, which functions similarly to a Trophy Box, and you can upgrade it to Ultra. However, the Ultra version is the only one that’s really worthwhile, because it gives you a chance to unlock Legendary and Hypercharge skins. Keep in mind, though, you can only open these Ultra Boxes twice throughout the season.

How to get Candies in the Trick or Treat event
You’re probably curious about how to get a lot of Candies in the game, especially since there are so many tempting rewards. The simplest way is by getting daily wins – be sure to do that, as you’ll earn 21 Candies daily. You can also collect 50 Candies by completing Quests.

You can also get candies by defeating the new Brawl-O-ween Bosses. Each boss has special attacks and gets harder to beat as you win more battles. You’ll receive 8 Candies for completing each difficulty level, which includes Normal, Hard, Expert, Master, Insane, and Impossible.
- Plague Doctor Crow: Has high mobility and deals poison damage.
- The Headless Tickman: Summons multiple tick heads that chase you.
- Caretta Spike: Attacks from long range, but you can dodge them with practice.
- Kizu Kenji: The ghost of Oni Kenji returns, and you’ve to defeat him once again.
- Gargoyle R-T: This one’s almost like a fortress and challenging.
- Ghost Diver Rico: Thanks to him, you can now enjoy a full-on bullet hell experience in-game.
Additionally, you can turn on Sugar Rush for a significant boost, allowing you to gather more Candies during Boss battles and Trophy modes. However, it only lasts for 10 minutes and isn’t constantly accessible. If you’re collecting Brawl-O-ween skins, prioritize opening Trick Boxes, and for rarer Legendary or Hypercharge skins, aim for the Ultra Boxes.
