How rewards are being rebalanced with Masteries Removal
The Brawler Title is being taken down because it hasn’t been very popular, with only 11.8% of players managing to earn it since its debut. The majority of the rewards will be adjusted within the updated Trophy Road and Record system. A large portion of Coins and Power Points from the Mastery Rewards will transfer over directly, while Credits will instead be given out through Legendary Starr Drops, new Brawler acquisitions, and tasks.
In summary, you can anticipate an enhancement in the Free-to-Play (F2P) experience with new Coins being introduced. On the other hand, Power Points will see a decrease to balance the surplus for seasoned players. Furthermore, Credits will undergo a minor boost, and Blings are set to join the fray, primarily obtained through Starr Drops.
In essence, the majority gets moved as plain currency, but the remainder will be transformed into either Legendary Starr Drops or ordinary Starr Drops. For a clearer understanding, take a look at the following table:
| | Description |
|||
| Raw Currency | The portion that is directly transferred without conversion. |
| Legendary Starr Drops | The part that will be converted into these rare drops. |
| Random Starr Drops | The remaining portion that will become these common drops. |
Resources | Total Mastery Rewards | Moving to New Trophy Road is (Raw Resources) | Moving to New Trophy Road (Starr Drops and Brawlers) | Moving to Records (Starr Drops) | Resources Remaining |
Coins | 230500 | 100400 | 58514 | 80354 | -8778 (Overall Coin Buff) |
Power Points | 34500 | 10800 | 697 | 2587 | 20416 (Big Power Points Nerf) |
Credits | 24225 | 0 | 13115 | 16606 | -6642 (Small Credit Buff) |
In summary, the Mastery system currently holds a grand total of 230500 Coins, 34500 Power Points, and 24225 Credits in accumulation from all 92 Brawlers. After the update, quests for newly unlocked Rare and Super Rare Brawlers found exclusively on the new Trophy Road will be available for players to complete.
Brawl Stars is revamping the Trophy Road
It’s important to note that trophies have played a significant role in the game so far, and the Trophy Road has been instrumental in tracking your advancement. However, the developers believe that the current design could use a refresh due to it feeling somewhat outdated. As a result, they are planning to revamp it with fresh visuals and improved progression systems aimed at making your journey more engaging, enjoyable, and rewarding.
As someone who’s been playing for quite some time, I’m eagerly anticipating the upcoming changes, particularly the enhanced rewards, increased Bling, and fresh milestones that stretch as high as 100,000 Trophies!
Brawl Stars is adding a new feature called Records in the new update
Beyond the existing perks and updates, Brawl Stars introduces a fresh accomplishment-style system known as Achievements. This innovative feature recognizes and rewards you for consistently playing or executing impressive moves such as winning a 1v3 in Knockout, or striking all three enemy Brawlers simultaneously with Mortis’ attack.
Though it doesn’t offer progression rewards traditionally found in other games, there are still ample opportunities to gather Starr Drops. You might liken this feature to the achievements section in other titles. By successfully completing enough Records, you’ll accumulate Record Points, which will then be exchanged for unique Battle Card Frames as a reward.
