Brawl Stars Hypercharge Unleashed Event explained: Here’s how to get a free Hypercharge

The popular game Brawl Stars has initiated its much-adored Hypercharge Unleashed event, offering players a complimentary chance to obtain a random Hypercharge. Running until June 23, this event allows you to participate in Solo Showdown using up to 8 fully upgraded Brawlers, each armed with Hypercharge. In the following guide, I’ll walk you through the steps to get your hands on one!

Brawl Stars Hypercharge Unleashed Event Overview

The “Hypercharge Unleashed” event has come back to Brawl Stars and will be active until June 23rd. During this time, you have the opportunity to obtain a complimentary Hypercharge for any Brawler. First introduced in September of 2023, this event is making a comeback, enabling you to get these Hypercharges (which usually cost 5,000 Coins) without spending any money.

For beginners, Hypercharge is a potent temporary skill that amplifies your Brawler’s Super. This boost enhances the speed, damage, and protective shield stats of your Super during combat. To access and activate Hypercharge, you must first progress to Power Level 11 with a designated Brawler.

How to get a free Hypercharge with this event

At the upcoming event, I’ll find myself going head-to-head against nine other competitors in a Solo Showdown. Each of us will be given one of eight fully upgraded Brawlers drawn at random: Kaze, Kenji, Griff, Willow, Clancy, Gus, Lily, or Amber, all armed with Hypercharge abilities. To secure a complimentary Hypercharge, I’ll need to triumph in 25 matches within the next four days.

A great aspect of these matches is they have a quicker build-up for Hypercharge. Furthermore, you can snag Hyper Drops which instantly replenish both your Super and Hypercharge. I advise that you hang around the Hyper Drops and use them to frequently unleash your Super for better control.

In my case, I’ve got only a handful of matches remaining before I reach 25 wins, and I’m crossing my fingers for a Hypercharge upgrade for one of my preferred characters such as Emz, Spike, or Mr. P. On the other hand, Ranked Season Month 4 of the Pro Pass is now active, offering Frank, Mr. P, and Cordelius as fully upgraded Brawlers free of charge.
