As a gamer, I’d say: I am undeniably the boldest Assassin in the game. The worst Assassin in Brawl Stars at the moment is Mortis.

Regrettably, he hasn’t been performing well lately due to his challenges in delivering results. It’s quite tough to make him effective as a Brawler because his maximum health isn’t top-notch and his skills don’t align well with the role of an Assassin.
